CVS

I came with my dog, didn’t want to leave her outside because area can be little sketchy sometimes. I ask for help so I don’t have to walk around with my pooch out of respect for other customers in the store. The person that helped me went above and beyond absolutely understanding my situation, they brought me extra items so I can choose which one actually I want. Such a sweet spirit and excellent customer service!

Alex, Nick, Carla, we’re working at the pharmacy. I can’t believe how quickly they served everyone in line. They provided excellent customer service. They had some of my favorite items including Mid Nite and Vicks Kleenex. So thankful this place was open 24 hours for those of us who have abnormal schedules.

The pharmacists assistance (red hair and beard, didn’t catch his name) was so very helpful and kind. I had been waiting for a prescription and he pushed it through quickly and was super helpful. When you are sick and want the meds to feel better it is always so appreciated when someone recognises that and makes things move quickly. Thank you!

This is not a 24hr store. I was there 9-2-23 at 5:30 to use their ATM and the doors were locked. I like this store…There’s lot of items to choose from but this info needs to be updated. What if I was driving across town to shop? The Cashiers are nice and helpful It’s somewhat expensive but what isn’t? Nowadays.

They’re extremely short staffed. But they staff in the pharmacy and on the floor are extremely nice and helpful. Please be kind to them. CVS, you should pay your employees more. They deserve it.

My saleswoman was so helpful when I had issues at the self checkout! She was new but she worked diligently to find a solution for us, truly appreciate her attentiveness!

This visit was great the store was upkept, in great condition. All of the employees were helpful and kind and efficient and wanting to assist the customer in a quick and thoughtful way. Nothing needs to be changed at this location! Keep up the great work everyone! Keep that staff they're great!

I had some questions about medication and David was extremely helpful! His tone of voice was very soft and comforting and I felt like he showed compassion and knowledge when I was struggling. Definitely different than the average Walgreens experience.

I just wrote a long post and lost it somehow. The ‘short’ version is that I arrived at CVS at 38th and Sheridan (open 24 hours) at 5AM on a Sunday and the doors were locked. As I was leaving I saw something about a drive-thru that I didn’t even know existed. I tried it and not only was my prescription filled, it had only taken them about 15 minutes to do it. I wish I got her name, but pharmacist could not have been nicer and I was so relieved I didn’t have to make a dreaded second trip.

Zahara did an amazing job taking my baby’s passport photos! She was so kind helpful and good at what she did! Great clean store with super friendly staff!

Daniel at the 38th and Sheridan location was so kind to let me in right before the store closed and was still happy to help me. So rare- I really appreciated the kindness.

Hours aren’t 24/7 anymore but the cashiers/managers themselves cannot change the hours. I spoke with a manager and she said that google will not let them change their hours online because it is temporary. They have submitted photos about the new hours and google keeps denying the edits and continuing to say hours are 24/7. So it seems more like a google thing than the location themselves. Also if your complaining about the hours they are understaffed (keep in mind a lot of business are understaffed) if you want them to be 24/7 again put in a application :) retail is not easy when you get yelled at the majority of your shift. Keep that in mind when you visit any retail store.

Mai saved me, I have been having bad asthma attacks all day and was having difficulties with a new prescription. She made sure to help me and we were finally able to get something for me.

I’m mostly providing my review for my COViD Vaccine appointment. Seemed like all the people working on the vaccine duty were very professional and efficient. From the checkin person to the supervisor and the person actually performing the injection.

A female supervisor was constantly running around the store splitting up the lines, checking on people, making sure the lines didn’t get too long, making sure everyone has enough supplies.

Steve was the person performing the injection for me was very kind, and reassuring yet efficient.

I stopped in for a few items and had a pleasant experience. I was asked if I needed help at least twice and the woman upfront was very kind when I had a question. I like this CVS and will happily choose this one every time.

Thank you Dr. Jackson in the Pharmacy for absolutely above and beyond service tonight. Our family was in a real difficult spot and he was excessively busy but be treated not only me but every customer with respect, diligence, and maintained his integrity and kindness. He truly could have blown us off, but he did all he could and helped our son get all his needed meds even with extra phone calls to our Doctors back home. Clearly he is an exceptional pharmacist and person. CVS is fortunate to have him.

Wow, I was so impressed with the woman working at CVS this afternoon. I wish I had gotten her name. Not only was she very friendly, she also went out of her way to help me when I was at self checkout. In addition she pointed out that I could use a coupon I hadn’t realized I could. It’s sad, but it’s becoming more rare to receive such great customer service. Such a pleasant experience!
