Went to Johannes Jewelers for Mother’s Day. I bought my wife a beautiful pair of diamond earrings, also a gold Italian bull horn pendant. Price was so reasonable, I noticed they had their own in house jewelry repair shop. I even had my necklace repaired. Mr Bryan Richter was my go to guy for this wonderful, affordable, establishment. He kept me fully in the loop of repair. step by step of my necklace. Also on arrival of my wife’s pendant. Great customer service. Great prices, wife loved her diamond earrings, and pendant, I loved having my necklace fixed as if new. When your wife loves fine jewelry. And won’t hit your pockets like most places I recommend. Julia was magnificent to work with. She helped us design a custom heirloom ring that we hope to pass down in our family from any generations. It was for a 25th anniversary. She was very patient, and her communication was absolutely excellent. She did not rush us, guided us through the process, and celebrated with us when the ring arrived. I hadn't worn my engagement and wedding rings for a couple of years, due to swollen joints. I worked with Brenda and we discussed several options for sizing the rings. My boyfriend & I originally went in inquiring about some jewelry I no longer wanted. We also inquired about designing my engagement ring & our wedding set. Jennifer was helpful from start to finish. I had an idea of what I wanted but actually putting it together was a process. I didn’t want a diamond. Did some research on other stones and decided on Morganite. Jennifer went on a search. When we got the call that there were some stones to pick from we came in. It was love at first sight, the stone was beautiful. Off it went in for my custom setting. The BEST customer service! They helped me take care of damage to my ring and picking out a new wedding band too, they we're helpful through the whole process, kept me informed about everything and even tailored the pickup day around my schedule. I wouldn't go anywhere else :)
