Kyle/subapros is amazing! Beyond kind and also amazing with the car. My car got hit in my own driveway by someone backing up without looking. State Farm was terrible to work with (unsurprisingly) but Kyle picked up the slack and provided top notch service. He even cleaned the car after repairing it. 10/10 would recommend and will be using him for any future repair needs!

I cannot say how much I appreciate and enjoy this shop. I worked with Kyle; he, and the whole team, is proactive, responsive and easy to deal with. My father-in-law, who can be quite a stickler for quality work, recommended them to me, and I'll never go to another shop.

My first time there and felt like working with old friends. Fair prices & they told me what my car needed without trying to upsell me. I will return!

So far so good. Went to All Japanese Repair in desperate need of assistance. Shop was supposed to be open but mechanic never showed up. This shop was open, picked up phone, and straight forward. Got me in and out within a few hours and car got me back home. Glad I ended up here, if I’m on this side of town will definitely bring my car back. 👌🏻

Kyle and the whole team were AMAZING! They were communicative, had my car at the shop while we were dealing with insurance, and it came back looking better than ever. Thank you all!!!!!!!

They are super knowledgeable and when my husband had his car repaired, there was a small issue after leaving. His oil pressure sensor failed and while it was not their fault or oversight, they replace it, topped off the oil AND took it to a car wash to pressure wash the engine, all within 20 minutes and didn’t charge him anything. I’m definitely going to bring my Crosstrek in for it mileage maintenance.

If you need your Subaru repaired or serviced this is the place to go. They were amazing with helping my 2+year sitting vehicle get back on the road. I picked it up and had a small issue, they fixed it right then and there. If you don't have a mechanic let SubaPros treat you right. They will have my business forever.

Huge shout out to SubaPros, they were amazing to work with! Squeezed me in yesterday when my AC was out and I had to be in the car all day in 95 degree weather. Fast and really nice to work with! Will be taking my car back there for future servicing.

I thought these guys did a great job with fair prices and excellent workmanship and customer service. I had a 30k service, engine coolant flush and power steering service done on my 2011 Forester here and was very happy with the results. I will bring my car back. Thank you!

My Outback was rear ended so I took it to Suba Pros for repairs. My car came back looking so good!! Kyle is so amazing, I highly recommend him! He was friendly, honest, communicated with me regularly and got my car done quickly and professionally. Plus he saved me money!!!!! I am so glad I made the decision to go there!!!!!

Let me begin by saying that it wasn't all smooth sailing, but sometimes it's like that. What is important is how a business manages problems. When I expressed exactly why I was feeling frustrated the ladies at the reception were quick to respond. They understood where I was coming from and even called me to check if everything was fine. I have had a good experience and appreciate them.

PS: I did have an issue after I picked up my car from them the first time around. However, this issue, I was told, was caused by a fault in the parts they rec'd from the company. They replaced the part and a few days in, the car is running fine.

All our Subarus were serviced here until they eventually gave up the ghost from age or got stolen. Best shop for roos, great fast service. They have bailed me out on numerous occasions and are affordable even when parts are getting hard to find for older models, never upsold and never pressured. Great crew!

Had a '12 Outback that was overheating, knew it was bad and Subapros took it in between Christmas and New Year's. Got it fixed qyickly and as per bid.

Have had my share of car troubles the past couple years and these guys have been super helpful and nice. Love this place.

SubaPros has been the best company we have worked with on this car. They were fast, friendly, and knew exactly what they were doing. Brought my WRX Turbo hatchback here to swap transmissions after mine just went out at 188K miles and Rocky did such an amazing job at the best price I could find in town. I'm extremely grateful for the quality of work I got for the reasonable price. If needed I will DEFINITELY bring my Subie back here because these truly are the SubaPros that know exactly how to treat your car! 🙏❤

My 2010 Impreza had been in a minor fender-bender that pushed in the hood frame and bent the hood just enough that the hood didn't close flush. I live in Summit County I received a $3,000+ estimate from Caliber and $5,000+ from another body shop. Subapros was able to replace the hood (used) and get the hood to close for just over $1,000 including painting the hood. Any Subie owner looking for body work on an older model knows it's an impossible feat (believe me, I called EVERYWHERE). The service was great and pretty quick (3 days) and clearly affordable. I would highly recommend Subapros!

Everyone at this business from the front office to the head mechanic Is honest and helpful, which may not sound like much to some but it’s quite hard to come by these days.

Can not say enough great things about this shop! They were so helpful throughout the whole process of repairing my car after a collision. Dealing with insurance is always a nightmare but they made sure I was taken care of in the most timely and efficient manner from start to finish. Would highly recommend and will be the only shop I take my Subaru to moving forward! Thanks so much to the whole team, and a special shout out to Tanya for amazing customer service.

These guys were awesome! They fixed my issue as fast as they could even though I gave them no warning because it was an emergency fix. They didn’t try to push extra repairs on me. I feel like they gave me a very fair price for the fix. I will definitely be returning to them if I have future issues with my car.
