It's hard to believe you can find a diner with such delicious food and affordable prices. Clean all around, spacious parking, and super friendly staff. My favorite part of the experience was the whimsical decor that kept me busy and amused while we waited for our meals. Outstanding choice for breakfast any day.

Food and service take me back to growing up in an old diner. I love all the food and the drinks are simple but tasty.
I rate the atmosphere as middle because either you love old diners or you will hate them. Portions are huge, look to share

I was working in Co Springs for a few weeks and stumbled across this old-school diner. Huge, tasty portions and great service. But the thing I liked best were the local old-timers. I had some great conversations while seated at a community style table.

I've eaten at Sandy's a couple of times, over the years, and it's a fun place to go. This last time was during the week, which helped a LOT in managing to get in (they're a busy, successful place!). Parking is always plentiful and you typically don't have to wait too long for a table, even when they are busier.

If you've read any other reviews or looked at pictures, you already know the standout characteristic: their portions are HUGE - particularly the cinnamon rolls and pancakes (and the prices very reasonable)! The decorations and vibe are very fun and interesting, too.

I'll be honest: this last time, we weren't blown away by the food. The omelette was very heavy on potatoes and fairly drab-tasting and the cinnamon roll was a little dry and not overly tasty..
The frosting on the cinnamon rolls was excellent, though! The service was very attentive and the restaurant was clean and tidy (something pretty hard to maintain considering how busy they always are, I imagine!).

The reason I still gave 5 stars is because it's a unique place and I think they're doing what they do right. Then, on top of it all, the fact that the owner replies to each and every review puts it over the top - that is a level of customer service you don't see often, these days!

Everything about this place is amazing! The food is delicious and not priced too crazy. All of our food was hot and tasted great. I got the hangover potatoes with green chili and I absolutely recommend them. But the best part of this place is their staff! And that's hard to find. But their staff went above and beyond for my auntie trying to celebrate my little cousin's birthday who wanted pancakes on her birthday. They reserved us a table, helped us decorate around the table, sang a song for her birthday, gave her this huge cinnamon roll, and one of the guys gave her a shirt to take home. It was beyond amazing service and she walked out of that place smiling so big. So thank you everyone who helped make that happen. We have already told everyone about the amazing experience and food we had there. And we will be back soon!

Stopped in 4/5/24 to indulge in a hearty brunch. Our server Ashley was very attentive and made sure my bfs order was built correctly (he's picky, sorry to anyone in advance). I absolutely enjoyed my Ham Benedict w/ Hollandaise on side. I've been eating at Sandy's for about 2 decades and will continue to return for service with a smile and delish food!!!

Now here is a real family restaurant - amazing service from the entire staff and the most amazing and delicious food ever. I had the giant burrito and instead of chili sauce, I used Sandy's awesome sausage gravy. This burrito is made with amazing ingredients and you are almost guaranteed the need of a take home container. Breakfast served all day. Bring a big or a small appetite, bring your fabulous friends, and enjoy a fabulous meal - breakfast or lunch. 5 Thumbs Up for sure.

Wowza!! Crazy cheap with huge portions. Food is so freaking good and staff is friendly! Will continue to come back, our new breakfast go to!

Everything is homemade! There is a homey feel as soon as you walk in. The pumpkin pancake is a treat and dessert in itself. I highly recommend the huavos rancheros because the green chili is bomb!

The food was excellent and the staff was friendly. It seemed like it was the kind of place that's always busy due to it being a great place to eat. GF pancake was outstanding! I'm looking forward to stopping in again next time we are in town.

Really excellent diner breakfast. Quick service, although you may wait to be seated if you’re a group larger than four. I’ve tried the pancakes (just the right amount of fluff), the Santa Fe skillet (love the green chile), and your basic eggs/bacon. Easy to pay with cash or card. Wasn’t a huge fan of the cinnamon rolls, I thought they were a tad dry.

It is always lovely coming in to Sandy's in the morning to eat breakfast. The food is always delicious. The wait time might be a little longer due to seating. The wait staff are very kind. I recommend Tony's burrito. It's a very large burrito that you can easily share with another person. Be sure to get their green chili. It makes it taste that much better.

Great place! If you are interested in a good meal this place does well. The setup feels like you are eating at home in a really big dining room. There is almost always a wait to get in but it’s worth the wait.

Cozy little restaurant, portions are big and worth the price! The service was great and the atmosphere was wonderful. Tried the Mexican sunrise burrito, the plate was huge and delicious! Will definitely be coming back to try more of their menu! The servers are super friendly, Ashley was a great server, helped us figure out the menu options and got our order to us as quick as possible! Must try their giant cinnamonroll, only $6.99 for a roll the size of your hand!

The biscuits are amazing and the gravy hits the spot. But the king is their omelets and breakfast burritos - both are huge and delicious. The chilli sneaks up on you but it's a great place for breakfast.

I absolutely love this place! Not just classic home cooking, but the wait staff is awesome! They are always so kind and sincere. I’ve never had bad food or service here. If you show up on the weekend, be ready for a small wait, but know that it is going to be worth it. Amazing!!!!

So, our daughter and son-in-law took us to their favorite breakfast spot. It was awesome. This is a local establishment and honestly, there is where you find some of the best food. Already looking forward to our next visit!!

I loved this place. A nice locally owned American restaurant that will fulfill your appetite. Their cinnamon rolls are about as big as your head. Their bacon is thick cut and cooked just right. I highly recommend this restaurant 👌.

I love this place!!! I probably go at least 3-4 times a week!! Does not break the budget. Same quality kind of food every time, always taste amazing and you always leave full.
