Had a great experience at this auto shop. Everyone was kind and honest. I was clear about my needs and they were clear about their services, time, and pricing. Got my brakes fixed and was even told by them it wasn’t a safety issue or necessary to fix the “problem” but they squeaked loudly and I just wanted it all working/sounding better. Everything works and sounds great and I am happy with their services. Thank yall!

Very happy with the work done on my VW Jetta at West Highlands Auto. They fixed my issue with grinding/squeaky brakes within a day and had me back on the road. I will be returning to them for automotive needs.

I always go to West Highlands for repairs on my Jeep Cherokee. They are good mechanics, reasonably priced, and very honest people to deal with. Recently they diagnosed and fixed a persistent squeak in my braking system for less than $100.

Our 2014 Kia Sorrento broke down last week on 29th. The power steering died in mid turn and he almost wrecked the car. A/C had also died a week ago. Brought it in to James at West Highlands. He told us it was the alternator and repaired it for $987. Recharged the A/C and it worked! No extra charge to us! 👏🏼👏🏼 so that’s honesty for ya. I totally recommend them. Plus when talking to James, you can totally “hear” his smile through the phone. Good people.

I brought my car in with multiple issues and they were extremely helpful at communicating the levels of urgency for each of them. I felt really comfortable taking their advice on what to address. Communication throughout the labor was clear and prompt and the work was done really quickly. Fair prices and extremely respectful. Definitely going to make this my local go-to spot for all auto maintena and repairs moving forward.

I highly recommend this place. My wife and I have probably brought our cars here nearly 20 times in combination over the past 4 years.

The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. We've always received fast, reliable, and quality service from them for a variety of things, from basic maintenance to more specific repairs.

I'm not an expert, so I can't really speak to the relative cost of things, but I get the sense that land somewhere in the middle for cost. I trust them to be fair in their pricing, and they always let me know what to expect and call to give me information if something changes from that before they proceed.

Extra kudos to James + Alex, the two guys who man the phones. Probably the most enthusiastic and friendly staff members at any garage I've gone to.
