Love the people who work here! They are helpful and kind. If you having a bad day don't write bad review about someone!!!

I should start by saying that I have been coming to this location for years now. At any hour of the day, I have had a pleasant experience. Today I was waiting in line while a couple was being completely rude. Carlos, and the new girl handled the situation very well, while receiving constant complaints from the couple. This is the only 7 11 I will continue to shop at. Always good service.

Never to busy, cashiers are polite

But I was there when 4 individuals came in 2
Hispanic & 2 African American in their 20s
Grabbed a bunch of stuff & run out with out paying seems to me this is happening very very often

Always friendly staff, great access, and there is the reward program!

Is a busy store and usually a flustered experience. That being said, the last tines were lovely!

I understand that it might take up a little bit of time and hassle to count a lump sum of money (for rent) but the fact of the matter is that you have the service for a reason.

I came to your store this evening and walked up to the front desk and the clerk wasn’t there but sensed I was and already with a snide tone he asked if I was ready. I obviously was standing at the front desk! By the time we got finished counting the money and I was on my way out he continue to mention how there was a hypothetical risk of getting robbed and there was nothing he could do about it. I said I realize that but there wasn’t really much else that I could do and he further continued commenting with “you go to a bank and pay rent that way”… if it was that easy for me this week I would have. Can you just do your job? It’s a hassle and risk for both of us at the end of the day, but again your services have this ability for a reason.. like running short on time for the month and doing a fast transfer through 7-11, but all my accounts are in the forms of Credit union CDs and that’s just that much more of a drive and transport for the cashiers check in itself with little time left for the month. I see he that he was trying to make an effort and in me not continuing services there for the future… I don’t understand why he had to make the comments in the way he did other than him being agitated, which is quite an annoyance in itself for both of us just because you’re pressed for counting the cash that has been in my thong 🙄 (stripper problems) and don’t get on me about sanitary precautions because half of all the dollars that are transferred around are in strip clubs already. Money is dirty.
I could’ve embarrassed the hell out of him if I really wanted to but I chose to mind my business, as he/she should have!
