First of all everyone at the shop is so welcoming and professional. I have had the pleasure of working with Adriana to get some badass tattoos. She is the best so detailed in her work, caring, kind. It reflects in the care she takes to make sure everything is set to the highest standard. Her work is one of a kind.

Everyone there does great work I also had the pleasure of getting tattooed by Phil he was so nice and talented as well. 10/10 would recommend any artist there they are all full of talent. They will make you feel at home.

I went to Self Inflicted for a piece that had been on my mind for a long time. I’d seen the standard of work online and asked Adriana if she could book me in, which she did, at a time that suited us both. When I arrived Adriana had already sketched my idea, adding the influence of her experience, to create a design that exceeded my imagination.

I’ve got two other large tattoos already, but this one was the least painful so far. The work was done quickly but unhurried, and the way I was treated in the studio was professional yet with remarkable warmth and dignity.

Self Inflicted Tattoos sets the standard for how it should be done. The staff there are really cool, the artwork is outstanding and Adriana was brilliant, from initial contact to the handshake at the end.

If you’re looking for some ink, look no further.

Went to Adriana for the biggest tattoo I’ve ever gotten and she absolutely killed it. I sent her an idea to work with and when she showed me the final product it was even better than I could’ve imagined. I have followed her work for quite some time now and I was so excited to get one of her gorgeous lady faces on me. With it being a bigger tattoo, she constantly made sure I was comfortable and gave me breaks as needed. She kept me talking the whole time which really helped once we hit the 2 hour mark. With that being said, Adriana is so sweet and so so talented. I am over the moon in love with this tattoo. She is the best. I highly recommend her as an artist and Self Inflicted as a shop. Great staff and super clean shop. I will definitely be back as soon as Adriana’s books open up again!

I got a tattoo here about a month ago from Adriana.
I wanted to write a review as I was getting it done, that’s how satisfied I already was. Every time I would go to write one I honestly couldn’t even put into words how much I truly appreciate and love my new art. It was everything I wanted and more. Adriana completely understood what I wanted and went above and beyond.

I would write an essay about how much I love it and the a million and 1 reasons why.
But, pictures speak louder than words so I’ll just share a few pictures.
If or when I decide to get a new tattoo she will be my first choice💕

Walked in and got both nostrils pierced, had a great interaction with the piercer and she made sure placement was even and the piercing was well executed. Got me in and out and was very happy with my experience, will definitely be coming back for a tattoo or piercing in the future!

Phil was fantastic!! Knocked out 3 of us in a little over 3 hours, held great conversation and was super genuine and professional. Great vibe and everyone there was nice. Would recommend and will go again if I'm in St. Louis.

LOVE this shop! Everyone there is extremely talented and so chill. I see Adriana and she is amazing! Added a couple of my favorites she’s done for me, but you can’t go wrong with this place. So glad it’s close to my work!

My first Tattoo with Max was the best.... when I return to St. Louis from California if I am looking to get another tattoo I will be looking for Max he made my first Tattoo experience very calm I wasn't nervous or scared. I had a really good experience (first tattoo), starting with emailing Adriana, her responding fast. This led to calling me and setting up a consultation right away. When I had my consultation with Adriana, she made me feel comfortable as she answered my all of my questions. Day of getting the tattoo, she explained what to expect and was able to keep me distracted and calmed by talking to me. In the end, my tattoo turned out amazing. Thank you so much Adriana

Adriana has done such an amazing job on all of my tattoos! She is so talented and somehow manages to make 4 hours of tattooing fly by! Out of all of the tattoos I have her work is my favorite!

Adriana did an incredible job working from a concept I had to memorialize my grandparents. She was wonderful to work with from start to finish and the work itself is magical. I already have an appointment for my next piece!!

I contacted Self Inflicted Studios wanting a tattoo for my daughter. I saw Mikah Webb's work on the website and from a few other reviews. He was awesome! The stencil he drew looked great. As he tattooed, he added some elements that made this tattoo look incredible. I would recommend him and the studio all day. My wife also got a tattoo from Berk. The design was exactly what she was looking for. Her first tattoo experience couldn't have been any better. We will be back very soon! Thank again
