This was my 3rd time buying and selling a house in Denver and it was by far the best experience. Julie went above and beyond. The quality of the pictures and video posted for the listing made the selling experience unique as most listings I saw when searching for my new home used either poor quality or deceiving pictures.

What really impressed me was the time and dedication she provided in helping me find a home. She is also extremely knowledgeable of the different neighborhoods in the Denver area, many of which I wouldn’t have known about or been interested in looking at. I bought during one of the craziest markets for buyers and her experience in writing appealing offers and negotiating was essential in getting my new home.

I cannot say enough positive things about this experience and would recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. I will 100% be using her in the future if needed.

Karin Kallander went above and beyond in assisting me in all aspects of the home buying process. As a first time home buyer I had many questions, and she was incredibly patient and thorough in ensuing my understanding of the process. She was very responsive, always just a call or text away. In such a competitive market I was concerned that it would take me quite some time to find a home, but with her help I had an accepted offer within three weeks. I highly recommend her services and will utilize them again myself in the future!

Stacy and Doug Weigel were awesome and helped me get under contract on a house within 3 weeks of looking in a VERY tough market. Stacy insisted I go look at this house that had just hit the market on a Thursday around lunch. I wasn't that into the pictures but the location was great so I went. I ended up putting in an offer on the spot that was accepted that day!

Being brand new to Denver, she had a great idea of neighborhoods I would like and toured me through many parts of the city to help me narrow my search. Super happy with where I ended up and couldn't have done it without Stacy and Doug.

Beyond all of that and probably most important of all, they are just wonderful people that care about and work hard for their clients. We will never buy/sell a home without these two.

Where to begin? Stacy was completely WITH US for every step of our housing search. We began in the Spring of 2020 and carried onward together until the closing of our current house in April of 2021. The length of our search is only attributed to the competitiveness of Denver's housing market. Without Stacy, we would not have been able to quickly mobilize to visit listings, promptly make offers where we were interested and diligently pursue contract deadlines where needed. She offered sound advice, was extremely communicative and careful with us as we searched. As time went on, she became the leader of our little team and helped up us reach our ultimate goal in an epic final showdown. Ellie was amazing. She made the homebuying process easy and was SO responsive when i needed something. She was adamant that if i needed anything, night or day, to shoot her a text or call her, and she was always there to help. I was looking for houses that go on and off the market QUICK and she knew that, so on a few different occasions, i would get auto-notified that a house popped onto the market late at night. I would shoot her a text as soon as i saw it, sometimes in the midnight hours, and she would have us looking at it first thing in the morning and submitting an offer by noon. She’s so dedicated to her work and i can definitely tell that she truly cares about her clients.

Karin Kallander did a great job for us, helping us sell our house and also helping us find another one. She showed great patience with us, answered all our questions, and found answers when she didn't know. She went the extra mile for us, over and over. We are very, very satisfied with all she did for us.
