They are very busy whenever I come. I first I wasn't sure when I arrived. Because the line would be long when I would get there. But that's because they are so good in the pharmacy. And I will keep my prescription coming to this pharmacy. Because even though the Linus long, they're very fast. Kiara. She stands out exceptionally. She will be probably the one that will wait on you. When you come to the counter and please treat her kindly. Because she will treat you kindly and do the best. She can for you and is absolutely excellent. What she does as well as so kind and easy to work with and I know sometimes when you don't feel good. It's hard to be patient but be patient because I guarantee you. She will get it fixed and work it out for you if she's able to, and if she isn't follow her directions, she knows what she's saying.

Had a great experience I don’t usually leave reviews but the cashier Magdalena that helped me made me feel the most welcomed I have felt in a very long time. She is very patient kind and willing to help. Props to her!

This Walgreens has huge collection of makeup and skin care stuff.
Nikolina Pratice helped us choose the right skin care and is very patient with answering our questions. ( This is the first ever Walgreens that we were helped by store representative (Nikolina) so keenly with our requirements and guiding us)
We left the store with good useful stuff suggested by Nikolina and will definitely visit again.

Neil in the pharmacy was hugely helpful! He helped me resolve an urgent need in a timely manner and did it with kindness and a smile.

When I went to pick up my prescriptions there one of them wasn’t ready, the staff ( Nara)told me to give myself 15 minutes to fill out the rest, and after five minutes my prescription was ready I really appreciate the staff going over and beyond to fill my prescription. Thank you

Had a great experience here. Staff and pharmacy staff are very kind. I set my keys down and fellow shoppers returned them and the pharmacist really saved my day by being aware and giving them to me.

Also the area isn’t perfect (16 st mall has its faults) but they are really wonderful here.

This is an excellent Walgreens store if you sign up you can use express pass and not have to wait in line for your prescriptions. This is located across from the Light Rail station at 16th and California. You can get using the light rail at 16th and California or you can take the free Mall ride and get off at Stout Street.

Very comprehensive store. Can grab medicine, then a quick lunch ( sushi ), then fruits as snacks, to even a get well greeting card. I am very impressed a pharmacy can be that convenient.

After calling numerous Walgreens in the area, this location had the best and most knowledgeable individual by the name of Jaime. Her great attitude and willingness to help really made my day in getting greeting cards printed. Thank you Jaime! Walgreens needs more people like you!

I’m visiting here from Houston so this was my first time at this location. Our cashier was amazing! Her energy was awesome, she went above and beyond for us. I have never experienced this level of customer at any Walgreens or any retail store at all. She is definitely an asset to this company. Her name wasn’t on the receipt so I’m not sure how to give her personal recognition which is a bummer. But keep up the good work ma’am!

Alfredo was awesome. Came to store to pickup pictures I had printed online. I forgot to hit the send button, my fault 100% . He said no problem do you mind shopping or looking around and I'll rush these through for you. 5 mins later I was on my way. Little things like this mean allot. Thank you

I work close to this location so this is my go to place for drinks, snacks and other items. Their beauty section is good and staff is always friendly. Shoutout to Mr. Bear at the cashier!

Very convenient Walgreen's in lower downtown (LoDo). Full selection. Also the ONLY drug store I've ever seen with a sushi counter...

Taylor from the beauty department just helped me find a bunch of great skin care products, and he also helped me establish a routine that is custom to my skin. The best part is that we did it for very inexpensive, but still with great brands. Their brand selection for skin care is impressive. Their beauty brands are also impressive. He also told me I can bring anything back within 30 days if it doesn’t work. I am excited to start my routine and see how it works!

I went in just to get new headphones for my phone and notice that they have a cosmetic counter WITH a beauty specialist! I was helped immediately! Amy Banker did fantastic! I'm so truly grateful for her help! Thanks for her expert on finding the right shade of foundation, I'm able to wear it with confidence! Definitely coming back to this Walgreen's!

This is the best pharmacy staff than I've seen in thirty years. I trust them with my wellbeing and they're always willing to answer any questions I have. The store staff is always super friendly and helpful and the store is always clean and well stocked. Best Walgreens ever!!!!
