Direct Dry Cleaning

I'm not sure what the other reviews are about but I had a good CHEAP experience. King size down comforter for 35$-$45.. I can dig it. Had it ready clean and undamaged. Nice work

I am never coming here again. The pants that I had picked up still had spots on it. Asking that I get a credit, they were not willing to work with me. After some time, I basically forced them to give me a credit and they told me that I should be checking my clothes before I leave their premises. I want a good relationship with my dry cleaners. I’ve been dealing with this place since the last owners, and since these new ones took over I’ve had misplaced pants, creased clothes, and clothes coming back to me with a stain that I could rub off with a wet towel (happened on a small scale before but I don’t like confrontation ). They are also way over priced, but unfortunately for me also extremely close. I will be driving elsewhere.

When the business got bought out from the nice Asian couple, it went downhill. The prices shot up and the quality went down. The hours aren't consistent either. I use to pay $26 with the other owners, now for the same amount of clothes, it's doubled. I dropped my clothes off at 6:10. I was told that it would take 2 days, when I asked why, then she changed it to 1. Came back one day later at the same time and it was closed. I called the number and the owner picks up. He tells me that his mother will be there to open in 10 minutes. Fast forward 40 mins later, it's 7 AM and no one is still here. I've called several times now but no answer, I wonder why. Now I'm late for work because the hours aren't consistent and they're not even on time for the hours posted. I'm never coming back to this high cost low quality cleaners again. I don't recommend anyone else should either.

Damaged two pieces of clothing I brought in. For the shirt they damaged, told me it was already like that when I brought it in (it wasn’t) but still pressed the shirt and charged me for it anyway. I requested compensation for the damaged shirt since it wasn’t repairable but got nowhere with that. Will not go back again.

I took a down comforter in to be dry cleaned. When I took it out of the bag it was still dirty and didn't even smell clean. It smelled the same as when I took it in. Looks like they just folded it up and put it in a bag!
Will NEVER use them again!!!!

Direct cleaner owes my company over $500 for repairs on their dry cleaning machine they keep telling us the check is in the mail this has been going on for over two months... going to file a lien against this cleaner so I would advise anyone using them for dry cleaning not leave your clothes there.... !

Absolute garbage. Asked for same day service and they said no but ready by 8am the next day. No call from them so I show up at 9am and still not ready. Now I'm late for a flight because they need 45 more minutes and just put it in the machine. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!
