JPAR - MODERN REAL ESTATE

I was fortunate enough to join JPAR Modern Real Estate as a new agent, and entered their mentorship program for two years. It was a great program and after completing it, I felt comfortable handling transactions with ease on my own. I am now a more experienced agent and I love the CRM they have available to us. The office fee is competitive as well. My employing broker, Ryan, is amazing and their support staff are easy to reach. Come check out their new location in Olde Town Arvada! Every agent will tell you why their brokerage firm is the best, but personally why I choose JPAR Modern:

a) The fees are super low for the amount of support you get. I thought going with a flat fee brokerage would mean little to no support. It's actually the opposite. Having been with KW and Remax, the support here is equal to if not better than those firms.

b) The tech is pretty great. Only a handful of firms offer KVCore, which is a very powerful CRM and lead generating platform. It's a lot to learn, but putting in the time to master it has been worth it. They invest heavily into giving brokers the tools to succeed and increase their profitability.

c) The managing broker, Ryan Jonke, and his team are unreal. When it came time to write my first contract in Colorado, I felt prepared and confident from the support and training they have given me. They always had time to help with a smile.

TL;DR: All the tech and support you could ever ask for, with much lower overhead than the other guys.

I Have been with Modern Real Estate for 2 years and have been very happy with the assistance I get from Ryan and Paul. Super responsive and helpful whenever I need them. The fee structure is the best I found, with MLS, Insurance and CTME subscriptions included in the fees. They take care of it all, allowing me to focus on building my business. The training they offer through the company keeps me knowledgable and current. I can contact any of the mentors in the program, as well as any of the other MRE agents for support at any time and I never feel alone as I build my business! Great team, Great company!

I first joined Modern 10 years ago or so, then left to join a firm known for it marketing. I've come back. The fees can't be beat. On top of that, Paul and Ryan (managing brokers) are very responsive. After being an agent for almost 20 years, it seems like I should have seen everything by now, but I find new issues on a routine basis, and when I call or text the bosses I always get a good answer quickly. Moreover, the boutique firm I joined never felt family, or if it did, I was never part of that family. Going to the office at Modern, I always feel welcome. Great place to work.

I have been with Modern Real Estate for 2 years. They have a fantastic mentor program where new agents can work 1 on 1 with a veteran mentor who can teach them the ins and outs of the real estate business. The owners Ryan and Paul are very responsive at answering questions as well. I have been with MRE for a few months now, after switching over from another company. My friend and fellow broker recommended MRE and I am so happy she did!! The free training classes are great for maintaining my continuing education requirements. And managing brokers Ryan and Paul are always available and so knowledgeable and friendly! I also appreciate that I can elect to be a member of an association or not. Compared to other real estate companies you save money with the fee and still get the support anytime!

I joined Modern Real Estate last fall with 11 years experience as a Realtor. Garrett Majors was very responsive and gave us devoted attention and priority. He was on top of scheduling inspections, etc as soon as possible to be ahead of deadlines and educating us on any questions we had on documents or processes. There was absolutely no pressure with the buying process as respected our needs and wanted the right house for us at the right time. It was really important to us to get someone that genuinely cared who understands how big of a transaction a house purchase is and cares about buyers going into it with full clarity and peace of mind.

Robert Haines joined MRE in about 2008 and I have been more than happy with the decision since that time.
The fee structure was one of the main reasons that I joined MRE. The fee structure which includes rent, Ctme, E&O, Centralized Showings, MLS, education training, paperless pipeline and more is more than fair and reasonable while providing quality support.
Educational seminars to keep the agents updated are a large part of the service that they also provide. Representatives from all areas of real estate provide seminars at little or no charge to the agents.
Ryan Jonke has always been readily available to answer questions.
He is always knowledgeable and professional!!
