Kathy has been there since this store opened. She should own the place. She represents 7-11 with professionalism, kindness, and a willingness to help. Kathy is always courteous and prompt. She greets with a smile and offers assistance whenever necessary. I look forward to my morning coffee bc I know I'm going to be treated with the best customer care. You should really appreciate and value Kathy. Give her a raise! She's the only reason I visit this store every morning! Kathy is the mold for all 7-11 employees... including management!

I visit around 3-5 AM often after my grave shift and they are awesome. Always friendly and helpful and will chase off anyone bugging customers outside. I am happy to have this store as the one on Marshall is so terrible and that guy is so rude. Thank you for the crew at this store you rock!!

I have never being a fan of 7-Eleven but with two bad experiences on Marshall and 54th and Ralston Avenue and Wadsworth, I am convinced that this location really understand the value of customer service. You can buy a drink or thing anywhere but the way you are treated makes a huge difference. Since this facility opened, all the employees provide a excellent customer service!!!!! They are friendly and kind and they notice you and interact with you making you feel human and important. This type of conduct should be imitated by your other stores, specially if you are a franchise. The employees at this location really deserve recognition!!! I went there today and told me about the free Slurpee. You will have my faithfulness at this location!!!!! Well done!!!!

Great place, Miles at the liquor store always helps out great. Good conversations and suggestions. Never have had issues with this place as long as I have been going.

Great store friendly staff wasn't very packed very clean always have everything I need and for some reason they're slurpery machine is always working and I think that's great and wonderful it's hard to find a 7-Eleven that has all the slurpees working that's very important to me

Love this location the women that work here are always so super nice and helpful. Great customer service and amazing pizza for on the go.

The guy that was working there was really nice and the whole store is like all brand-new stuff so they have stuff they don't have at all the other 711 so this one is very special

Super friendly staff the woman working yesterday early afternoon around 1pm was super helpful and patient with me the next time I am in the area I am difinitely coming here again she was so sweet!
