I would DEFINITELY recommend this UHaul store. Between the reservation, pick up and drop off, I dealt with 3 different people. Every person was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We got back a day earlier than expected. I was surprised they refunded the extra day, without me asking! I would have preferred not having to pull an empty trailer to Arizona, but the trailer we needed was only a one way trailer. Without hesitation I recommend this store.

My truck wasn't available when I showed up (the guy that had it before me needed it an extra day and didn't say anything until the store called him) but the employees were on top of it and got me into another truck for a cheaper rate immediately. Great experience.

I had a great experience with this truck rental company. I needed to take a car to the Sherriff for a vin inspection so I reserved a truck and a trailer. The truck and trailer was ready for me and the checkout was smooth and relatively fast. Both the truck and trailer were in good shape and I got the job done with minimal fuss. Thanks and I'll be doing this with another vehicle soon!

This U-Haul location is great. I have worked with a bunch of their representatives, and they are all super professional. This last time I worked with Iva and she helped me with my bill, there is was an issue with the original fuel level. She took care of me. I do business here all the time, they are awesome!

Loved the location. It is clean and well organized. Staff are friendly and efficient. I will make this my main location for any future moving services that I may need.

This U-Haul facility at Victor place off of Powers Boulevard the team is just awesome there the manager Thor and his team they are awesome and they treat you like family when you come in

I had a great experience here, I ran around all day trying to get a trailer and my vehicle wouldn't work according to the previous uhaul dealer I went to before hand, but the manager Jordan took a good amount of time out of his day to help get me squared away. He got me a new reservation and gave me his number so that If I had any additional issues I could contact him directly, he's a real stand up guy and the kind of manager that seems to care about the business he's managing. I will definitely be doing business with them as much as possible from now on.

Being in the military and being told you are leaving and have to pack all your stuff in less than a week is stressful enough. Now looking for a storage unit that was big enough for all my stuff was even harder. I stopped by this location knowing they had no units big enough to fit all of my stuff. But somehow the manager on duty that day Marco made a bunch of calls to accommodate me and made it happen. On top of that Jordan one of the employees there was super professional and polite. This location has been amazing in such a stressful time. You have earned my business while I’m stationed here and recommend everyone to come here. Thank you again for helping me out.

Went here to see if a hitch and wiring could be installed on my SUV. Had gone to another u-haul place 2 years earlier for the same thing and the company had nothing for my vehicle. The people here found one in stock at another another location. They had it shipped and cleaned it up. Installed it quickly and were very helpful. It was a third of the price that is would have costed me going through the dealership. Don't know anything about the storage and renting end of the business but the installation of tow hitches went far beyond my expectations.

Great service, good experience.
I was originally quoted a $400+ plus trailer hitch install for my vehicle. The manager (i think?) said that cant be correct cause there is no way it will take 3 hours. So he waived the labor cost and got it down to $200. It turns out it does take 3 hours and is a very painful install. But he kept the $200 price for me despite this. Its nice when someone sticks by their word and does a great job on your vehicle. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have had a storage unit here for several months. I have used them for moving supplies, propane and to have a trailer hitch installed on my bug. In all of these services, they have exceeded my expectations. I would totally recommend anyone use this facility. Very impressive, especially Skylar who repeatedly went above and beyond the call of duty.

Absolutely the best experience I've ever had at any U-Haul. Needed a hitch for my little Subaru for a cargo tray and bike rack. Ordered, paid and scheduled online. Even that was easy. Showed up for my appointment and Lafayette and Paul were awesome. Lafayette did the install and I chatted with Paul while I waited. The friendliness and professionalism they both had and showed other customers was a breath of fresh air. This will be my go to location if I need anything else from U-Haul

Great experience here. Had to wait a little bit but the shop manager I believe he said he was came out and helped me get a unit rented and even got my uhaul truck location changed to that one for free. He was a really nice guy and super helpful. The shop manager and I even helped another person load a super heavy coca cola vending machine onto a truck.

This Uhaul was so helpful for our family. We needed a hitch installed urgently. Not only did they get us in ASAP but they rushed and finished within 45 minutes for a hitch and lights! They were super helpful and really accommodating!

They were very busy the Sunday morning I went in. There was quite a line, but it moved very fast. The gentleman that helped us was courteous, friendly.

Marco was really helpful, understood my situation and went out of his way to help me out

The units are clean, overall I felt that my stuff will be safe.
I praise Marco for his professionalism, and understanding thought.
Hopefully I don't have to move again anytime soon, but if I did I would store my belongings here

Out of all the u-haul places, this one is by far my favourite place to go. The staff are amazing here! They are always super helpful! They care about you and your time.
The only downfall is the storage units outside have such a gap at the top of the door. There was so much dirt all over are stuff, for the few months it was there.
