By far the best mechanic around. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Rich is always happy to work with me and my budget and the rest of the staff does a terrific job. You will never be charged for something you didn’t know about and everything is always fixed in a very timely manner without issues down the road. They stand by their product and I respect that. I would give this 10 stars if I could. I took both vehicles I have owned to them and when it was finally time to upgrade they were more than happy to check out the newer vehicle before I bought it.

After talking with a few auto shops around, I found Arvada West Auto and Truck to offer a fair price and the work was done in a timely fashion.

I was referred to Arvada West Auto by Advanced Transmissions (they are a good place too!). My 2001 Honda CRV has had intermittent transmission issues. The guys I worked with - Rich, Dan, Jeff - have been extremely trustworthy, helpful and responsive. After a fair amount of time (which I had no problem with at all) trying to resolve the issue, they were able to pinpoint the problem and recommend what could be done going forward. I'm extremely impressed at the amount of time they spent trying to diagnose the issue, and how communicative they were. I would trust them with any of our vehicles, which I now plan to do as they will be our go-to mechanics. They also fixed an aggravating tailgate latch issue on our Honda Ridgeline, for nothing! How impressive. Thanks especially to Rich for doing everything possible to resolve this issue. I highly recommend Arvada West Auto & Truck for their skills, honesty, and integrity. Thanks guys!

UPDATE: Just had the hub actuators, 4wd solenoid, and wheel hub replaced. These folks were very helpful and did a great job. They also cleaned the throttle body and the vehicle is running like new! 06/08/2023.

What a fantastic experience! This is family owned and they take great pride in their work. I came in for an alignment and they diagnosed underlying issues that were causing that bad alignment including worn ball joints and tie rods on my F150. They also serviced my A/C and it is blowing cold once again. I highly recommend this shop.

We lived in Arvada and this was our go to auto service company. I like that they were not just selling services that were not really needed. We moved to Littleton and we went to a local shop. They had a few things that they were recommending and their pricing seemed high. I called Arvada West Auto & Truck, Their pricing was way lower. Looks like we will make the trip to Arvada when we need the cars worked on.

The staff were very professional and kind. I dropped my car off not knowing what was wrong, and within 2 hours got a phone call clearly stating the issue, how I'd get it fixed, and associated costs. Very reasonable prices, too.

I want to thank this honest shop for taking the time to overlook and noticing the issues with my car. After more research its been deemed a moving violation and leaving me to not be able to sell the car. I had to sell it to a dealer to greenlight the issues and most likely will be red lit

The team at Arvada West Auto & Truck went above and beyond any expectation I would have expected for a mechanic. With the recent snowfall and weather, the crew at the time of service made sure I had a ride home. Having been the original owner a Toyota Tacoma for ~15 years, with 205k plus miles, I know my truck. I was called as soon as the mechanic had diagnosed the vehicle and the tuneup performed was exceptional! This truck has not run like this in years. As much as I'd like to keep this a secret, this team is a top notch shop and the first shop I'd prefer over dealer's mechanic.

Great experience! I had taken my vehicle to a different shops SIX times and they couldn't seem to figure out what was wrong with it. I finally brought it to Arvada West after a recommendation from my brother in law and husband. My vehicle was there less than 24 hours and they not only found the issue but fixed it with great customer service and updates along the way. I will recommend them to everyone.

Had an excellent experience with Arvada West Auto. Quality price, turn around time, and customer service. They were able to solve an oil pressure issue in my truck with ease that 2 other shops could not figure out, both those shops tried multiple times. They kept me well informed about what the issue was and how they were going to solve it. Extremely happy with the service at Arvada West Auto and will be using them from here on out.

I had gone to another local mechanic because I knew something wasn’t right with my car. I stumbled upon these guys. They were very straightforward, thorough, I felt honest, they could have ripped me off and I felt that they did an amazing job! So far my car is running beautifully and I feel safe in it! I really appreciate these guys and will be using them again in the future!

I had my shocks replace along with breaks and calipers Tire rotation on my lifted truck these guys did a great job spend a pretty penny but you get what you pay for nothing is cheap nowadays and I’m ok with paying for a great service with a good warranty thanks guys you rock you did a solid job I will definitely come back

First off, big shout out to Bobby!!! This has been hands down one of the best experiences at a mechanic shop that I've had! Bobby explained everything clear, and was very patient with me, and listened to what I was actually saying. Instead of treating me with indifference or acting like I didn't know what I was talking about, he truly listened! He was very good with communication, and followed up when he said he would, and acted as a liaison with the tire company for me. The shop did excellent work, and I think that my car now drives better than when I bought it!! I can't say thank you enough to the whole staff for being so wonderful!

The staff was very communicative about anything they ran into and always gave me a call for my consent before they did something we did not discuss. Ive seen other shops quote me a number and then charge me more for something they never told me about. The staff is super direct and friendly and business oriented. They charge less in labor than most other shops. I enjoyed my experience there and most likely will go back.

I am quite impressed with the professionalism, honesty, and timeliness of this shop. The staff was responsive to my situation and helping me to get my vehicle back on the road. I will definitely bring my cars back here for future work.

I've experienced quite a number of auto repair shops throughout the north area and Arvada West has proven to be the one I return to because they not only service the vehicle but will also check to see if there a upcoming issue(s) that will be needed. Everything wears out eventually so it is good to know ahead of time what service will be needed in the future.
