🛒Great store! Pleasant environment & employees. Nice & clean! During peak times, it gets quite busy but shopping & checking out is efficient.
If you need help, finding something, reaching something, carrying something, or walking out to your vehicle, just ask🌞🌦❄🌬🌜
Items are stocked & if there isn't something in stock, just have to ask the employee in the dept and they will order it for you. Takes about a week or less to get delivered to the store. Overall, great place!!😊

I wish I got the name of the pharmacist tonight because she was a sweetheart. She was so empathetic. They are always so busy and she didn't act rushed and offered to spend time answering questions if I had any. That's how I remember going to the pharmacy used to be. Hoping this gets passed along to her.

My husband and I saw some absolutely stunning desserts here a few days ago. We had to circle back to get some for ourselves. Richie and Cyrus helped secure our beautiful desserts and were so friendly about it- the genuine kind not the fake customer service kind. So, for desserts that don't look like they come from a grocery store and genuine, kind customer service, shop here!!

We love our local King Soopers. It's our go to, for most things at home. Plus the gas points always help. Great customer service, & great people in Arvada.

Absolutely wonderful experience! From the staff, food, environment, and did I mention the food? We were gifted dinner tonight for a wedding gift. We are newer to the area and excited to try something new and local. Impressed by the reviews, as well as the news article attached to our gift card from our gift giver. This place ROCKS!! Well worth the short wait during dinner rush.

I had the most enlightening experience watching an employee, Nay! A real Son of a God work to help a Customer seeking a childhood flavor favorite of a product Kroger Carrys. Whilst I listened to the wisdom flow from Kroger Jesus's mind I felt inspired to be better at my own job and to my fellow man. In Kroger Jesus we trust, all others pay cash. My parents ordered a custom cake from this bakery for their 50th anniversary party. When my mother went to pick it up on the day of the party two hours before it started, the cake was not made. The manager of the bakery Kyle truly went above and beyond to make this right. He called eight different stores until he could find a cake with the same dimensions, then decorated it himself with the picture from my parents wedding. He then personally delivered it when the party was beginning with two dozen roses. That level of service was truly incredible and you showed that a huge day for my family was also a huge day for you. Thank you for that amazing effort, we will not forget it!

I’ve already posted a review regarding a great shopping experience at this location. I came back to write another review after using the grocery pickup option on the King Soopers app. Using the app was user friendly and easy easy! You can search coupons and then add items that are eligible to your cart with one click. After completing your list you’re given an estimated total and options for pickup time. At first I thought you couldn’t get day of pickup but it appears if you get an early start (I usually don’t!) that you can. They give you an hour window at a time of your choosing for pickup, once you arrive you park in designated parking (on the east side of the lot at this location) and call them to say you’ve arrived. An employee promptly arrived at my car who was friendly and courteous, asking me about my day while loading my groceries up for me! How quick, convenient, and easy! I loved grocery shopping from my couch! The last thing I’ll mention is the cool feature of choosing to allow substitutions if they are out of something at the store. One of the items I wanted was out of stock, the store emailed me giving me other options to replace my item and even though the one they had was more expensive than the one I ordered they only charged me the original quoted price for that item. Thanks King Soopers for this awesome service. Will absolutely be using it again!

The Springwood Retirement Campus would like to Thank Julio for all of his hard work and he had truly gone above beyond to help us get ready for our New Year's Eve party for our residents. We ordered catering for $2 00 residents, and not only was he highly accommodating getting everything checked out but the food just looks beautifully done. On top of that he came to the car and helped load everything into it. Exceptional customer service 10 out of 10

Clean, organized. Friendly employees. Great place to shop.

Employees are very friendly, very knowledgeable and very helpful. The store is clean, the produce is fresh, the meat department, the bakery and the deli are all above par. The employees always help me if I have any questions. They are once again, knowledgeable and very helpful in pointing out the differences in products.

I prefer this King Soopers over the King Soopers that is about the same distance away, but the opposite direction. I have been going here since 1991.

Reasonable prices, friendly employee's, vast selection... That's why I go to this King Soopers.

They have a great card selection as well, which is why I tend to gravitate to this location lol.

They have a great fresh vegetable selection and the deli is very attentive to my wants and needs. The bakery has provided me with some great cakes. The floral department is great with the selection of single and well arranged flowers. And the pharmacy has kind courteous pharm techs.

My only complaint is there seems to rarely be a line with an actual checker, I don't feel this way about just King Soopers as it seems to be a trending thing across all places... The human element is being phased out and electronic interaction is replacing it. I do miss the good ole days where you would have meaningless banter with the checker/cashier as it felt more personal...

That being said, the people you talk to here are very pleasant and attentive!

Great store. It's Kroger products, but really King Soopers really focusing on local brands and products. Each and every store I have shopped in the employees are friendly, helpful, kind, fun and truly seem to enjoy themselves. I love my digital download coupons.

King Soopers are in general a great place to shop. Their food is fresh probably because they sell so much. They have great specials. I buy a few things elsewhere but most of my shopping is here.

For the most part, this is my favorite local King Soopers. The staff are generally very friendly and kind. I like going through the person check out aisle when it is not busy because then you get to know your grocers.
