STRIDE CHC- Wheat Ridge

Everyone is friendly and capable. I really appreciate the hard work everyone here does and also how personable they all are. I only have one request. Can we please do something about the absolutely terrible feedback noise that bursts forth during the hold music every 30 seconds if you try and call this clinic? It’s seriously awful. I can’t be the only one who is complaining about it. I dread calling here for specifically that reason. If I could I would rather pack up my one month old daughter and drive across town to wait to speak to someone in person just to avoid that noise. It sounds like the dial-up internet tone having a seizure at maximum volume. Oh, and it’s approximately 10x louder than the hold music itself so even if you turn your phone volume all the way down it still makes your ears bleed. I’m absolutely certain that everyone who works on the phone there has to hear about it every single phone call they take and are wishing for the same thing.

Other than that, no complaints.

I have been taking my mom to Dr Morris at Stride and we could not be happier. She and all the staff are very knowledgeable
and professional. It is a wonderful feeling knowing that she is in good hands.

Sliding-scale fees based on your income. The best of care I've ever had. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is friendly from front to back. Dr's are knowledgeable and compassionate. They also take Medicaid!

I was lucky enough to get my Covid vaccine at the drive up clinic that Stride sponsored. It was very organized and moved quickly. I can't thank everyone who worked this clinic enough. There was not 1 person who was not professional and caring. I was so impressed. Way to go Pride staff. Thank you all

I really appreciate my primary care provider and the specialists I've seen through STRIDE. They move quickly, but they're kind and always willing to answer questions. I've seen a provider here who dismissed my concerns, but when I asked for a second opinion I got a diagnosis and treatment within the week. The staff here put in a lot of effort to take care of their patients. I would definitely recommend going here for primary care or family health.

Very kind and patient staff. Very understanding of individual needs and working me towards a more healthy, happy and mobile me. I can't say enough kind words about this clinic that has literally turned my life around from knocking on death's door, to dropping 140 lbs in under a year and a half, through diet, intermittent fasting and activity. And having a positive outlook and not beating myself up if progress slows. I now have the tools I need, and a support system to carry further my progress and ultimate goal of dropping another 100 this year.

Ive been going here for my kids since I was pregnant with my first .My kids pediatrician Dr.Bowles is Amazing , not only has she gotten to know us over these 5 years but she's so good with my kids ! I have her set as my kids primary so we see her unless she's booked then we will go to someone else but I have never had a complaint . She is Great and takes good care of them she answeres all my questions even the ridiculous ones she will explain things to me and even print out information if I ask her to do so. She 100% supported me on breastfeeding past age 1 and in general with any choices ive made as a parent ! I moved about 30 minutes away but have stayed going to this mcpn because I dont want to switch to another pediatrician that alone should say a lot because I do have access to another mcpn very near to me. !

I absolutely love Dr. Bowles. My 3 kids have seen her since birth. They just adore her and her nurse. She explains everything clearly ,and is very patient. We have had same pediatrician for 7 years now and we are very satisfied.

Was welcomed and served immediatly at front desk. My new provider was helpful and great. But my prescriptions were not communicated immediatly to my pharmacy. I had to call up the clinic again because I run out of my medication. But overall service was excellent!

I came here in urgent need of care. I was in A LOT of pain, Dr. Erickson is amazing. No more pain, not to mention the education he provided me with what happened, he's extremely talented. The sun's out and it's a beautiful morning! Thank you stride!

So I've been coming here for a while but these guys went way out of their way for me today so I figured I'd drop a review. I busted my ankle skateboarding and it needs to be in a walking boot but they didn't have any in my size. They called around to other clinics, found a boot, and sent someone to get it because they knew I was on the bus. I'm touched. The staff here has always been a pleasure to work with, everyone is courteous and kind and I appreciate them.

I felt heard, supported, and understood by my new PCP. We have a wellness plan in place that will allow me to live comfortably in my skin, without constant back pain, or the need for a binder. I’m so grateful to the amazing and caring people at Stride. This was an excellent experience, and I’ll no longer delay my healthcare because of traumatic experiences from the past. Thank you!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

STRIDE in Wheat Ridge has been exceptional in service and follow up. I am a senior in Medicaid and they have made sure in both my medical and dental needs that all services and prescription needs have fallen within Colorado Medicaid parameters, realizing me virtually no cost. I am very pleased and would highly recommend the clinic to any and all.

Everything was great no issues it all extremely professional people the nurse was very nice. doctor Vidales was amazing everyone at the clinic was very respectful I been a patient of this clinic for a long time now and, never had any problems this is a 5 star facility I totally recommend it...

We just switched pediatricians as we had trouble with our last one. Dr. Colleen Bowles was cordial, informative and able to diagnose my daughter's health. Very happy and impressed!

Dr. Colleen Bowles is an amazing pediatrician. My kids and I love her! We won't see any other provider. She is very talented and a genuinely great person. Stride is luck to have a provider like her!

The staff is professional and caring about each individual. The drive-thru COVID-19 testing setup was very quick and thorough. I appreciate the commitment and risks they are taking to be available for everyone who may be infected with this virus. Thank you STRIDE staff!

Just when I had lost all hope in this medical organization Dr. Schinske, MD, Shawn the Med student, the check in team and The Super RN Doris has given me a look at the way a doctors visit should go. Im not talking about being made to feel special or warm and fuzzy. No, I'm talking about being in the same place as true professionals doing their jobs as well as I have witnessed in many months from when I first started attending debacles at Stride locations. Dr. Schinske, MD is a power house encompassing all professional developments in her field and job description. From go she was clear, concise, helpful, and also had a great sense of humor mixed in with genuine badassness. Doris RN was also a dynamo of professionalism, clarity and human connection. Shawn, soon to be Dr. Badass himself was the first to have a crack at my diagnosis and didn't hesitate, flinch or faulter the whole diagnostic procedure. You all should be farming him if you're a scout out there reading this. All in all from the gals that checked me in there were no worries, or unwarranted comments of negativity, just plain pros doing pro things. Thank you all.

I love my son's Dr. Wait time is always short, the only thing I dont like is that there's only 1 main number to call, so if you're trying to call back about a message the clinic left for you then you have to wait awhile. Also sometimes appointments can be several weeks out

The doctors and staff are great. Had better care then when I was with Kaiser. The Obgyn staff helped me from 10 on they were so kind. I love this place the people are great.
