This office has amazing staff. Everyone is so sweet and caring. They took care of me and also took care of my dad who has high dental anxiety. They are very professional. Would definitely recommend!

Dr. Smutz and the entire Smiles by Design staff are absolutely wonderful to work with. I could not be happier with my Invisalign results. Jen made the process super painless for me. In just 6 months my teeth look better then ever! Everyone there truly makes you feel so welcome! I recommend this place to all my friends and family.

After my dentist of many years retired, I struggled to find a good one. I came to Smiles By Design after a terrible experience with a dentist downtown who made an ill-fitting night guard. Dr. Justin worked with me for over and hour to adjust the guard and has helped alleviate my jaw pain. He's a great dentist and super nice!

The atmosphere here is welcoming and the new renovations look fantastic. The crew at the front desk is friendly as well and Dani is the best hygienist ever! She made my last cleaning a blast, and that's rare to say for a dentist appointment!

I couldn't recommend the team at Smiles By Design more. They really care about their patients and provide excellent services.

I’m not sure how to start this review, so I will just dump right in. From the front desk Holly and Kayla there’s 2 ladies are always smiling and alway there to answer my 100 and 1 questions. They great my family and I by name before we walk in the door. They make sure we have everything we need.
Dr. Justin all I can say is wow . He truly listens to what you the pt wants and cares about you. we have hated the dentist and him and his staff made this all a great experience. Stacy was so attentive to make sure i was comfortable and was always smiling . Bethany is also amazing she claimed my nerves and cared for me more then a pt. You will it go wrong by coming to this dental office.

My daughters both wanted some cosmetic dental work done. One daughter had what I would consider relatively mainstream cosmetic work, the other had special circumstances. Both daughters had a wonderful experience and are absolutely delighted to share their new and improved smiles. Absolutely confidence-building for both of them. Dr. Justin is highly recommended!

I can’t figure out how to change profiles for my review but Dr. Mark is the only dentist I go to. I’ve never had a bad experience with him ever & I’ve been going to Smiles by Design for as long as I can remember. The receptionists are super nice and Carolyn is my favorite hygienist. She’s super gentle and I love that she listens to me and tells me before she starts that if anything hurts I just need to raise my hand & she’ll stop. Dr. Mark is always in good spirits every time I see him and I can always hear him singing and telling jokes whenever he’s there. I tell anyone looking for dental recommendations to go to him because the staff there is so awesome.

Someone commented that they love going to the dentist, because he is a patient at Smiles by Design. I have been a patient there for about 12 years and I totally agree with him. Dr. Mark is absolutely wonderful, the same goes for all his staff. They are efficient, compassionate, friendly, every visit I laugh, professional, they really know their stuff! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

After another dentist office botched a chipped tooth repair, Smiles by Designs did an amazing job. We struggled getting a same day appointment, but they called us back and booked a 4:30pm apt (they close at 5pm). The dentist stayed late and finished the job after hours. Wow.

I’ve been coming to SBD for about ten years. The staff is great and Dr. Mark is a smiles artist! From crowns to cleaning, they do it all in house with fast and excellent results. They are the best dental office I’ve ever used and before I hooked up with them I’d probably used at least 15 other clinics. I’ve got a wonderful smile now and no issues with my teeth. Also, these are lighthearted staff and Dr Mark is a joker that puts everyone at ease. You won’t find anyone better!

This is a great dental practice. Dr. Smutz and his team are very patient focused and driving towards timely resolution for any immediate needs. It's always comforting when your Doctor provides only the care you need, not the care that generates revenue! Does wonderful with our young kids, and i wouldn't go anywhere else than Smiles by design.

As always, the care I receive at Smiles by Design is outstanding. Dr Mark and his staff are always friendly, outgoing, and professional. Their skill is top notch. I have been a patient for over 30 years and choose to drive over an hour each way because I know I will receive incredible care and service.

Smiles By Design is such a pleasant place to go. I have been going to them for over 40 years, that says a lot right there. From the hygienists who are all wonderful and very gentle and of course Dr. Mark. He really makes you comfortable no matter what work you need done on your teeth. DR Mark & his staff, from the front desk to the backroom trenches) are the best. My family & I have been going to Dr Mark since 1996 & if you gave me free dentistry somewhere else I would still stay with Smiles by Design. I would recommend Dr Mark & Carolyn (for cleanings) to anyone & everyone!!!!

Dr. Mark and his staff are excellent! I have had a lot of challenges in the past with having dental work done (to the point I became phobic). However, Dr. Mark does an excellent job of pain control during procedures and I am grateful! Even if it means hearing lots of “dad” jokes and threats of listening to him sing. 😁

I wouldn't take my family anywhere else, Dr. Smutz is simply the best out there! My 2.5 year old daughter has been VERY apprehensive about going to the dentist (closing up and refusing when we get there). Dr. Smutz was better than any pediatric dentist we have seen! His approach was not to force it (like many), but to make them feel totally comfortable. He took as much time as was needed using great techniques, and in the end my daughter had a full check-up, polish and fluoride! I cannot say enough great things about this practice!
