Not often you get to give an outstanding review to a ‘big’ company. But today, I’m giving all 5 stars to BRANDON at the Colorado Mills store. This super nice young man gave outstanding (and super patient!) customer service. Bravo!!

Bought my son a new baseball glove.. unlike ones I have seen at other DSG stores.. love it.. and they steamed it and beat it to a pulp to break it in!!

Employees super helpful and friendly! Made my return very easy! Love your policies and ways to return and reorder. Sienna very helpful and courteous.

I am a long time customer but my recent pickup experience at this location prompted me to leave a review. I placed an online order and when I started driving to the store I realized it was going to close a few minutes before my arrival. I called the store and thankfully didn’t have to talk to anyone in Mumbai before being connected. Damian answered and said if got there by 1915 he’d try and accommodate me. I called again when I arrived and he followed through, bringing out my online order 15 min after the store closed. I really appreciated this, in addition to his super friendly helpful attitude.

Great place to get all your athletic shopping complete. I really enjoy the feeling that the store provides with its setup and ambiance. They do have a lot but would love to see more Timberland Pro gear available.

Have been helped by Damien multiple times, and each time has been very pleasant. He helped us load a weight set today during an obviously busy time but did it with a smile. Have had other help out as well but Damien hs stood out over time.

Love you guys for being open last night for the Nuggets faithful to get their championship gear to wear (bleary eyed) to work today!

This store has good selection and service. It's pretty big, so they have lots of stuff from toys to clothing to outdoor equipment. The staff are efficient and pleasant. We've needed staff help several times and each time they've been nice and efficient.

Thanks for helping my son today find the last pair of cleats in the store that he had his heart set on. Eugene, searched the store high and low for the missing shoe, not even the mannequins were safe, lol.
He did so without hesitation or a bad attitude. Eugene was patient and kind.
Unbeknownst to him - my son is returning from an ACL surgery and unfortunately had experienced a tragic loss of a life at his first job yesterday. Thanks for being an awesome you and bringing a smile to his face. It was a joy 😊 #it'sthedrip

Impressed by customer service today. Rachel spent a lot of time helping me find a good pair of gym shoes and was more than happy to go get multiple pairs for me to try on. Friendly and helpful.

Its cool except they wouldn't let me get a flat bed for my workout bench had to carry it all the way thankful im already in shape 💪🏾
