Andrea Romero - COUNTRY Financial Representative

I've known Andrea Romero since she opened her Country Financial office many years ago. She is an outstanding agent, and Country is a company you can trust to handle all your insurance needs.

I went into the office yesterday and Andrea did a full review of all our policies (Home, Auto & Umbrella). I know we have the right coverage and I know we're paying a fair price. Most importantly, I know that if something does happen we're going to have the coverage and support we need from Country and Andrea.

I’ve waited six months to write this review, until I could see my policy renewal (because I’ve been hoodwinked by companies before, who lure you in with great rates just to jack them up on your first policy renewal when you lose the “new member” discount). Everyone at the office has been extremely helpful, from navigating my first glass claim with them to help with the app.

That is probably the only downside, but it has nothing to do with the office or any of the staff. The app to monitor your driving for the discount is a bit annoying, and while many companies require you to use it for 6 months, with Country Financial, you have to use it indefinitely to get the discount.

I would recommend this location, as they will walk you through your insurance coverage to make sure you’re at your just-right amount, and having a person to talk to consistently rather than calling an 800 number and getting random person every time is really nice.
