Definitely recommend this spot.

I haven’t found any place that does this with their beer. You can try whatever portion size you want and it tells you how much you will pay per oz.

It also tracks how much beer you have drank. They give you a card that you just put up to the machine and it activates the pouring mode. You then pour however much of the beer you want.

You can walk right up to the tap area whenever you like. They have glass cleaners as well as freshly cleaned glasses set out for you.

What a great place! I am not a beer drinker so I loved that they offered wine and cider too! This is a very relaxed and chill atmosphere. Definitely somewhere I want to bring all my friends! The drinks were good and the food was great too! I will be back very soon!

I love this concept. Simple and straightforward, the staff is very helpful, especially to folks timid about trying theirnhad at pouring their own draft (it is a skill to be practiced, for sure). Beer selection is well varied yet still emphasizing the particular season. They also offer wine and cider. Clean, fun, I absolutely love it.

Pretty neat concept! Great for groups - easily have your own tab and don't worry about splitting the bill at the end. Would be fun for a date night because it is kind of an active dining and drinking experience. Not just beers, wine and cider too. Food was actually pretty good... We got burgers and fries. Fries were very good... Really crispy! Highly recommend the snake bites (jalapeno poppers with jelly). Overall, good food and cool idea to scan your card for the self serve beer taps... Unique and fun!

This place is awesome! First and foremost, walked in and the bills game audio was already on! That’s a win. Then the food is AMAZING!! We got nachos and sweet potato fries, sooo good! The self serve bar is such a cool concept. You don’t have to commit to a full drink of anything just sample whatever you want, pay by the ounce. Being from NY I wish this was something we could do but knowing the NYSLA, probably not anytime soon. The service was great and it was very clean! Will come back when in Arvada!

Never tried beer like this. Amazing idea. Amazing beer. Amazing food. Local owners. What more could you want?

Came by here visiting my brother needing a quick bite and a nice beer. I was welcomed and explained the open tap concept (which is really cool) and how covid changed that. Nonetheless, I really enjoyed my time. The beer selection was perfect for my tastes (not a random ipa laden tap list), loved it. The food was served fresh and hot, and with the best service I have had since covid started. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable local beer to add to your hunting list and a nice bite. 👍

Decided to check it out. Went to a movie next door and brought the lady and her friend here. The appetizers were really good! We had buffalo wings and a soft pretzel. The music wasn't too loud, and we played jenga. We all had a fun night!

This place is great, under new management and they are making it a place to come to. The food is good and priced reasonable. The management works well with customers to show the games you want. The plethora of beers to choose is amazing.

This place is AMAZING. They change the different beers often and you get to pour it yourself! I had as much as I wanted and felt like I was being charged a fair amount. My friends and I want to hangout here all the time!

Great new self serve beer bar in Old Towne.

Great concept. New owners. New to the area and wanted to try something new. Saw this place and said what the heck. I'm glad it caught my eye. I thought the food was going to be cheap bar food but I was completley wrong. The food was amazing and fresh. The variety of beer,wine, ciders, margaritas and seltzers is fantastic as well. I will be recommending this place for sure.

This place was really pleasant. All the beers were local and the ones I tried were delicious. Having non-beer options on tap, such as ciders, hard seltzers, and the margarita, was a really nice touch. The food selection is pretty good, too.

Great prices on a variety of beers! You get to fill your beer as you please up to 40oz. Super laid back as well. Haven't had a chance to try the food yet but I'm sure its good!

Great place to hang a sample a good variety of beers! Comfy atmosphere with plenty of TV's. Great concept of pour your own beer, just 'tap' the beer you want with the RFID card they provide and then pour your beer! Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Food was tasty too! We had the Snake Bites, bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers that came with ranch and a yummy jam to dip in and the pretzels. There is a full food menu, so check it out! We will be frequenting this place since we live here in Olde Town Arvada.

My mom and I visited last night and we both had no idea what to expect. I love the idea that you can get any kind of drink from wine, to margarita to dark beer and so on by the ounce and pay that way instead of paying 5 dollars a beer that may or may not be poured accurately at any regular bar. We walked in and were immediately greeted by a lovely and helpful lady named Paige. She was friendly and checked on us outside three times to see if we needed anything! Great service if you ask me (there was a kind man who ran us through as well, forgot his name). I would also like to mention that this was not just a younger millennial bar concept, there were elderly and people of all ages joining in here last night. I will DEFINITELY come back and maybe with the whole family next time. ALSO Paige gave us coupons for our next visit. HOW THOUGHTFUL. I just went there last night! This is probably one of the coolest brewery I have ever been to! You pour your own beer and wine and don't have to wait for a bartender for service. You're able to pour the amount of beer you want, so you are able to try all the selections they have. This is great as you don't have to drink a full cup of beer like some other bars, having that choice is awesome!

They have all great selections of the top beers around the world and I really enjoyed mostly all of them. The food was also amazing there. Fresh and delicious! The wings and burgers reminds me of California! Cooked just perfect!

Also the vibe there is awesome! Just a perfect place to socialize as the music is not too loud and it really has a great atmosphere and not crazy like bars in downtown. I highly recommend this place and it's going to be my place of choice when I want to enjoy a brewery!

Interesting experience with pouring my own beer and experimenting with different tastes. It's a cool place where you get charged by the ounce and taste as many beers as you want. They even have a margarita tap!

My friend and I were looking for a new restaurant in Olde Town Arvada, Colorado, and happened on a place called Tap It Tavern, on Olde Wadsworth and 55th Avenue. This is a beer drinker's heaven! Along one entire wall are different beer taps for a huge variety of different beers, many from Colorado micro-breweries! One of the owners, a wonderful guy named Porter, was very helpful, showing us how to help ourselves to the beer by tapping a card we were given on the beer of our choice, and then pouring our own beer from the tap. Jamie, a friendly and helpful Tavern employee, suggested a mix of fresh squeezed lemonade and Chillax Golden Ale Pineapple Beer - it was amazing! Of course there is food as well, and although the menu is limited the food paired well with our beer. I ordered the three street tacos and they were filled with flavor! My friend highly recommends the sweet potato fries. If you like beers, and want a new experience, this is the place to go! Check it out!

I love beer but I also love buffets. The concept of the "beer buffet" or "froyo for adults" is just what the wandering beer nerds of the world need in order to expand our palates. Thank you Tap It for this great concept! And excellent food accompaniments to boot!
