Definitely no surprise that the pastas were excellent! The bison meatballs were super delicious, definitely a great starter to share!! We were stuffed but ordered the tiramisu to go and that was a wonderful treat for later.

Great local insitution. Pastas are homemade, sauces are interesting and flavorful. Service is great. Atmosphere is cozy and charming. Quite affordable for the large portions. I've been going for many years and it's even better than in years past.

This place was such a delight. I went here on a date with my boyfriend and we immensely enjoyed the entire experience. Everything we ordered was on point, presentation was beautiful and the atmosphere was so warm and inviting. We ordered the Baked Brie and Caprese Salad as appetizers and I ordered the Shrimp Pesto Gnocchi for my entree. Everything was so delicious! The waitstaff was also very sweet and accommodating. We did have to wait a bit for our food but we were enjoying the ambience so much we didn’t mind. Overall, this place was such a positive and pleasant experience. We can’t wait to come back! What a great meal. We started with the bakes brea and wine. Nice wine list, not many options but nice well picked variety of non common wines reasonably priced. We ordered the gnocchi and the truffle pasta and subbed out for black ink pasta, which gave it a more complex flavor profile, which blew the gnocchi out of the water, which is saying something for a super gnocchi fan. Looks like our kids would love the pasta and dessert options too, can’t wait to try to mouse with port next time.

2nd time eating here. This time I got the Pesto Shrimp Gnocchi, and without a doubt it was the most delicious plate of food I’ve had in a long time. Nick was a wonderful server with great suggestions and timing. Favorite Italian in Denver

Such a cute place and the food was excellent! We were sat in the back patio area and it was plenty warm enough even though it was a chilly evening. I also got a cheesecake to go and it was so yummy.

Friends were in town from Florida, never eaten here before there's close to our house. We just googled Italian and Highlands and were so happy we found this place! Wonderful service. Delicious food party of four. We each ordered something different in every dish was incredibly delicious. The atmosphere was amazing. We had a warm fall evening and will be back. Thank you so much! The closest to true Italian cuisine that I have found in Colorado. Their In-House made pastas are tender and unique. Sauces lighter and excitng bursting with flavor. The bread is delicious. The staff is friendly, competent, and attentive. I can't wait to go back!

Our server Todd was great! The outside patio was nice to enjoy the beautiful evening. My coworker and I enjoyed unique Italian dishes! We shared a wonderful bottle of Malbec and the Bison Meatballs App. VERY GOOD OVERALL! Will defin come again! ❤🍝

Came here for restaurant week, great vibes, really homey interior. I was impressed that they're able to put out so much food in a timely manner in that small kitchen. Great spot for Italian food, tried the Tomato Basil Bisque and the 32 St Pasta which has spinach spaghetti and tiger shrimp. Everything was excellent, definitely check this spot out!

We enjoyed all the aspects of our experience here including service, food, drinks, and ambience. The food portions are not large, but that is a GREAT thing in my opinion. I didn’t leave there feeling gross like I do at most Italian restaurants. Highly recommend!

The food is incomparable! The service is wonderful and we were blown away at the quality and depth of our food. Never been to Italy, but hands down the best authentic Italian I've ever had (for a southerner). When in Denver I highly, highly recommend eating here.

Super cute open air Italian restaurant. I love that their outdoor seating is tiered so even though our table was just inside the doors it still felt like we were outside. Awesome daily specials. Pasta is mad fresh in house. Caprese salad was good. All the pasta we had was delicious. Excellent service ! And their chocolate cake was super yummy !!

This is the best Italian restaurant in town! We love this place, the ingredients are so fresh and the ambiance of the old building and open doors in the spring and summer months is perfection. Their wine list is amazing, but my personal favorite is the dessert. Their chocolate torte is out of this world, and my husbands favorite is the key lime pie. Not to mention the servers are incredible. Highly recommend this spot for a date night or get together with friends and family!

This has been my first experience out since quarantine but I feel like it was still just amazing. I savored every fight and it was worth it. We have gorgonzola cheese dip with the fresh fruit and bread it was phenomenon. My boyfriend had the lasagna that had a beautiful flavor. I had the asparagus truffle pasta, it was clean and fresh and with arugula changed the flavor just slightly.

Amazing! Food blew me away. Really high quality, prepared perfectly with a great atmosphere. everything came out quick and was surprisingly affordable, about $50 for 2 adults with no drinks or apps. Some very unique flavors and combos that I've never tried before and it went well beyond my expectations. Will definitely be coming back

The tomato vodka cream pasta (no meatballs for this vegetarian) was absolutely delicious! Caesar salad was also great. Good drinks, good bread, good service!

We've always loved Stella for their food and beautiful patio (that we hope to return to soon!). I used to always get the sausage rigate (which is always delicious and filling) but recently I have opted for the Steak Gnocchi. We also got bruschetta, the spaghetti arribiata, and Alfredo for the kiddos. Everything was well packed for plating, and delicious as usual. Check out that steak, perfectly cooked!

Delicious food at a reasonable price, too often many Italian restaurants can be over priced and underwhelming, not here. Great patio, I had the tomato vodka cream and it was awesome, wine menu has solid options, all very reasonably priced, left feeling satisfied, can't wait to go back.
