I cannot say enough wonderful things about Amy and her team! I was in a very unique position because at the same time I was selling my own home, I was executor of an estate and managing the sale of a different home. For that house, I was forced to use a different realtor as per the owner's wishes, but it gave me a great perspective running two home sales simultaneously with different realtors.

Wow was there a difference! Amy did so much for me, I was stunned (vs. the other realtor who stuck a sign in the yard and called it good). Amy provided advice and recommendations at every step. She staged my home, helped me with vendors ranging from touch up paint to plumbers, and provided professional window cleaning and housecleaning so that my house looked the best. She had professional pictures posted and included touches like fresh flowers and small printed notes around the house pointing out the benefits, new items, etc.

I had two full price offers within 1.5 days of the listing and then she of course was with me every step of the way for negotiating the final price, resolving pending issues, and signed all of the documents.

Amy always promptly responded to my constant calls and emails (which I always sent after hours due to a hectic job) and worked around my crazy schedule when we had to meet.
