This place has great gluten free and allergy friendly options. Their bread is better than anything you can find at the grocery store. We like the english muffins, bagels, and edible cookie dough.

I’ve been gluten free for 14 years now and this cute little place was heaven for me! So many gluten free options. I got the giant cookie, edible cookie dough, loaf of bread, and some other things! It’s hard to find gluten free bakery’s so I’m so glad I stumbled upon them! Highly recommend if you are gluten free!

They are absolutely incredible! They are always so sweet to me and my wife. The guys that run this place always remember their regulars and treat us so well! The food is the yummiest gluten free things I've ever had. It's so hard to find a celiac safe place these days and I feel so lucky to have found them. My only trouble is that I can't stop spending money here to get more goodies!

Best gluten free bread I’ve ever had. I’m keen to the English Muffins and pizza crusts. They also have these little pumpkin spice muffin things that are awesome! Amazing service, too.

THE BEST Celiac safe place in denver. Between their pre-made goodies and the mixes I bring home, a good 70% of my food comes from this place. They guys who own and work here and great and make you feel like family!

These folks are the absolute best in the biz. I’ve been going to their shop for a few years now and have never been disappointed. My wife and I are a combination of gluten-free, soy-free, and dairy-free due to allergies.

I stopped in the other day to get some cupcakes for my wife and their flavors are awesome. Their seasonal gingerbread flavor takes the cake (pun intended) though. Unbelievably delicious. These cupcakes are the real deal. So incredibly soft and moist. I don’t know how they do it.

And the folks I talked to while checking out were incredibly nice. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I already knew I would be a regular customer there, but now I know for a fact that I’m gonna have to come back and try their seasonal cupcakes every time they make new ones. They’ve definitely got a customer for life.

Some recent health issues have forced me to drastically change my diet. Came into Gluten Free Things, Inc. and was pleasantly surprised to see that they not only have gluten free items, but dairy, egg, soy, corn, and nut! The owner was kind and patient and showed a lot of passion for his product. Tonight, I made my first gluten free pizza with his crust, and I was not disappointed, one bit!

I went into gluten free things again it’s just as great as the first time. They have so many allergen friendly breads, desserts, cookies, and cupcakes and you would never know they’re gluten free! Everything is moist and has a lot of flavor. I’ve bought the bread loaf before and it lasts longer than other brands I’ve bought in the past. They even have pumpkin items now for the Halloween season! If you’re looking for allergen friendly alternatives that have all the flavor off of a typical bread look no further. They have everything from burger buns and English muffins to dinner rolls and cookies.

One of my favorite bakeries in Colorado! These guys do a great job of being inclusive with folks who have celiac and take pride in their food!

Really delicious, completely gluten free bakery! The sugar cookie ACTUALLY tasted like a normal sugar cookie, which if you eat gluten free, you know is a rare find. Tasty cupcake, too! I was going to take a picture of the cookie and cupcake I got, but I ate them both too quickly to take a picture. The owner is also very kind. Definitely recommend this place.

My daughter has celiac. We have been so happy finding this bakery. We love the Graham cracker crumble for making cheesecakes, the English muffins, the Pita bread as a pizza crust and the edible chocolate chip cookie dough!! The staff are incredibly helpful and kind.

Today visited for my 1st time. What a knowledgeable staff! Let me say the pumpkin spice cupcake with vanilla frosting, were the most delicious I have ever had! It felt like such an indulgence, that I can hardly wait for my next visit. Try the English muffins! It just doesn’t get better than this!

I went here because I was recently diagnosed with Celiac, and have been struggling finding staple things to eat. They have a lot of really awesome gluten free things and their prices are fantastic compared to some things I’ve seen!!! A lot of vegan and dairy free things there as well! The edible cookie dough is FANTASTIC and I am so happy I can enjoy simple things as such!!

They are absolutely incredible! They went out of there way to satisfy their customers. One of the best bakery in town. 100% satisfied.

I was directed here from Mountain Classic Deli as my wife and daughter are gluten free. When I walked in, I realized that my wife had described this place to me a couple of months ago. Charming place with lots of character and characters. I picked up hoagie rolls for the deli sandwiches and a couple of other items. We shall return! Thank you, John and Jay!!

Amazing gluten-free and vegan products!!! I recently purchased several items including their hamburger buns, cookie doughs, english muffins, croissants, & everything bagels. Fair warning their croissants and bagels are not true to a “traditional” croissant or bagel. I would consider them more of a dinner roll/ mini bread loaf but they are still absolutely delicious. All of the bread items I have tried so far are fluffy and they have an elasticity to them that is extremely difficult to find in products that don’t contain gluten. They are not dry or crumbly and they don’t fall apart like a lot of gluten-free products out there. I am so excited to have discovered this bakery and I can’t wait to try more of their products!

The people that bake in this shop are so nice and personally showed me their inventory and answered all my questions. And omg, these baked goods are the absolute best. I don’t know how they do it, but I honestly could not tell that they were gluten free. I got some cupcakes, brownie cookies and English muffins and my family LOVED all of them. The English muffins especially had the most amazing texture. *chefs kiss*

This place has the best GF bread and treats I’ve ever had! And being GF for many years, traveling a lot, I’ve tried many things, extremely impressed. The owner is super sweet. I’m from out of town and I will be ordering online since the y deliver:)

Absolutely the best Gluten-free Bakery in the Denver Metro area! They have fresh bread, bagels, gram crackers, pizza crust, flour, cookie dough, cup cakes, etc etc etc lol. Check out their menu please!
They have so much of everything that someone that can’t eat gluten could want!
Not only do they have what you want but it’s very tasty too!!!!
