I’m so thankful for Taylor and William! Other shops could not figure out why I had an evap leak just kept clearing the code but they took the time and fixed my car and explained everything. Definitely will take my car back.

Hollie and Mannie saved my life literally.. Friday called 530pm. Arrived by 6 done by 7… super helpful… car had to be return after a year lease by 10 am tomorrow…. So thankful for her positive attitude about getting it done…

We took our car in because it was occasionally not starting. The technicians ran several diagnostics and even called in a specialist, then kept it overnight and still couldn’t replicate the problem. We appreciate the extra effort given by Pep Boys and they still only charged us for the diagnostic fee.

I was so grateful for the guys at Pep Boys today! They were able to service my car right away after I had some battery issues and rattling. They were quick and efficient, and Taylor was so kind and easy to work with. He explained everything to me in words I could understand. They also send text messages with updates and evaluations which I liked. Taylor didn’t try to sell me on things I didn’t need right away but educated me on what I would need to do in the near future to take care of my car. Thanks guys! I’ll be back for future service.

Honestly, it was the smoothest experience I’ve had at an auto service shop… ever.

I would suggest making an appointment and dropping your car off in the morning (if possible) and for me, I my car had everything it desperately needed done in it by the end of day (and they were severely short-staffed on the day)… absolute champs.

Daniel, Jan, and team were very attentive and professional. They were able to get diagnostic testing and an oil change while I waited. Setup an appointment online and they will help you out! Great experience!

Great staff, great service and good pricing. As a woman, I didn’t feel taken advantage of and felt they were very honest and took care of my car like it was one of theirs. They are often swamped but I highly recommend. ALSO - call to schedule, doing it online isn’t accurate.

This is easily the best service I’ve ever received from any tire shop! Was 1 mile away from having a blowout on my tire and they gladly took me in and recommend me some tires that otherwise would’ve been at least $200 more at discount. Thank you guys. Seriously. Taylor and his crew were absolutely awesome getting my vehicle in at the last minute on a Friday night for some new tires since my old tires wore out far too fast. Sangwon, William, and Angel jumped right onto my vehicle, getting tires mounted and aligned in stellar fashion. This shop was firing on all cylinders and running like a well oiled machine.
I'll keep going to this shop for all my vehicles as they always take care of their customers and do things the right way.

When I first moved here to Colorado, my Keys were stuck in the ignition, my car couldn't start unless you kicked it, and my tires have again and again been eaten up by Rocky Mountain roads and these guys have saved my life over and over again.

Hell yea I drive an hour to go to this shop and get my car fixed. Reliable and amazing service.

Usually they don't mind me waiting in the shop while they do the repairs and I tell ya, I get comfy waiting.

We really trust this Pep Boys location and their team with our vehicle. They have never suggested work that wasn’t necessary and they do a great job. Also very communicative.

Good experience. Had tires delivered from Amazon and made an appointment via email through Amazon so I never had to call them and was able to get my desired tires at a much discounted rate. They completely overaired my tires (even the ones that they didn't need to touch), but after I deflated them to proper levels all was well. I'd return, just watch the air levels on tires that leave their shop, especially if your car seems to be pulling hard to one side.
