Wow, receptionist/booking/no-class! Everyone is so afraid they are gonna get paid, they forget to be human first. I have more than enough insurance, I understand the 1st "better check your coverage" but lo question my integrity TWICE, when I assured her that I did my due diligence because 1/2 my face was swelling like Violet from Willie Wonka, I had to let her know that she just cost her employer at least $8000. Ouch, learn some solution based selling skills, compassion, how to shut up and most importantly, listen!
A customer for Life is hard to find, treat every client like your employers practice, depends on it. BECAUSE IT DOES.
