Ace Hardware Arvada

They really helped me out in a pinch! they had a plumbing coupling that Home Depot doesn't even carry in store. I called and they checked on the part for me and as soon as I showed up, they directed me to the aisle. That $9.21 part saved me $953 on a plumber! Thanks so much for the speedy help and selection of parts!

Very friendly staff. Good selection of parts and tools. I was surprised to see alcohol sold here. They have a pretty good selection. Get everything you need for your home project and a drink for after!

Best customer service we had one of our pipe waters ripped on us on a Sunday night last minute 30 minutes before they closed excellent customer service they were about to close and they let us get the water hose that we need for are water pipes Thank you guys you what are the only ones that were open until nine last minute walk shout out to the night team on Sunday night

Going to this store is how thing's used to be in the 90's and before when people had good attitudes, were helpful and tried hard to help you out.
It's nice not to have to deal with young kids playing on their phone trying to avoid an interaction between a customer.
The manager knows how to hire good people and motivate them to do well.
Going to this store feels how things were before all of the online cell phone era times of today. The store feel like a cool local mountain town store where you actually want to chat with the people there and see, how's thing's going...

I love Ace, they have all that little obscure parts and pieces that are hard to find anywhere else.

This Ace is amazing. Over the several times that I've been, I have only had good experiences with the staff. All of the staff have been very kind and very helpful to me. They've been able to answer weird questions and guide me to whatever I need in the store.

If you need hardware, or tools, or anything of that type, then this is a good store for you. The only complaint I have is that some of the prices are absurd. For example, a small fan that you could purchase for $25 at Walmart is $54 at Ace.

Everyone here is very helpful and friendly. So nice to have a good hardware store in the neighborhood again.

Once upon a time I worked in a small mom and pop hardware store in a small town in Nebraska and I loved it. This place is just like it. Someone says hi when you walk in plenty of people helping you or not if you don't need it. Even a popcorn machine. This is where I go first.

Excellent, knowledgeable staff. They have what you need at this ACE. Great place to buy RV antifreeze.

Everyone at this store is so kind and helpful! Specifically Andy helped me find the right screws for my license plate. He was super helpful and even did it for me in the parking lot. 10/10 deserves a raise!

People are always friendly....
Thay usually have anything you want from household to plumbing, electrical and tools,bbq and more. There's also a liquor store inside as well as a dollar store and pet supplies. Definitely a local place to shop!

Not a huge selection but I can usually find just what I want. It's never crowded always helpful people. Much less painful than the big box stores

I ordered a shed and the box was a bit too big to fit in my vehicle. Reed was so helpful in making sure it was going home with me. Reed and Andy took the box apart and put the shed piece by piece in my car. They could have easily told me to come back with a different vehicle but they didn't. They went above and beyond and I truly appreciate the effort put forth in taking care of me!! It's great knowing customer service still exists, thank you!

This is the first all in liquor store, dollar store, hardware store I have ever been to. Everyone was helpful, had the small town hardware store feel to it. Not to mention this location used to be a bowling alley! I am definitely going here again, since it gives a greater feeling of service than the large chain hardware stores.

Very convenient for me. Always well staffed with people who get it. A great experience. It's my go to hardware store now. I've yet to not find what I'm looking for. Also, they have a veterans discount.
