Firestone Complete Auto Care

This was our first time using this location and we were very happy with the service and timeliness of the service. We had an appointment for the day and we had our vehicle back before noon. When using another location, our vehicle would sometimes sit all day without it being serviced, even with an appointment. The staff was extremely friendly as well. Great job!

Called Firestone in Arnold, Missouri. I spoke With the manager, Jeff. I explained to him what I needed done to my truck. He had told me that they were booked. He told me to drop my truck off and they would get me in. Jeff went above and beyond my expectations and done such a great job. I will continue to do my business with this particular establishment. They won me over. Good job, team Firestone.

I booked an appointment in the morning, dropped off my car and they replaced my tires no problem. They kept me updated via phone in the afternoon saying the tires were changed but they needed to do an alignment and their guy who does alignments wouldn't be back in until the following morning. The person on the phone with me left a note for the alignment to be complete and sure enough, first thing the following morning they called me before I had a chance to call them and notified me everything was complete. Smooth, easy, painless process. Everyone was nice and answered all my questions.

I actually arrived to the shop earlier than scheduled. The gentleman was able to get my van in quickly and completed, before my scheduled time even hit. That made my work day much easier.

I came in without an appt because a wheel weight came off. They got me right in and fixed the problem. Very friendly people. I'll be buying my next set of tires here.

10/10 would recommend this place and will be going back to in the future for my car repairs and needs. Jeff was very honest and upfront about pricing.

They were quick to get into on a weekend day when not many other places were available and had great customer service.

We were driving through St.Louis in a company van when we had a major tire failure. They squeezed us in and got us going. Honest work, fair price.

They always do great work and never try to over sell products or services.

I appreciate Mike & his attention to detail when servicing my tires. I had a flat, we brought it to Mike & he fixed it. My previous car care provider left me with a loose tire stem which caused the air to leak. It was an easy fix. Also, Mike serviced my flat spare & added a stem as well. It was inexpensive. Very nice individuals. The gentleman at the front desk was also professional & kind. Good experience all around. Thanks. I hope to visit in the future for any car care needs. I know I can trust this shop & it's employees.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. They will explain anything to you. I went in to get a tire checked because it was low - and Adam topped them all off. He is great to work with, as is Sean. I would recommend this location full heartedly!!

We took my Fiance's Jeep here to rotate and balance her tires. When we picked the vehicle up we noticed a small scratch on the lens of her backup camera that was not there prior to us dropping the vehicle off.

Instead of them saying it wasn't their responsibility, "prove it", or anything like that they ordered a new part, had the part in about 3 days and fixed the backup camera immediately with no issues and at no charge.

Although I wouldn't expect any less out of a quality company I also understand they didn't HAVE to do this. With that being said we very much appreciate the high quality service and will now be recommending this location to our friends, family, and clients as we feel they were very helpful and very honest. Shawn was the gentleman that helped us and we highly recommend him and this location!

Told my mom to run her battery for one hour and it would charge her battery back up after not being started for 7 weeks. Plaza Tire told her she needed a new battery. THANK YOU FIRESTONE

Just spoke to Rita and Shawn or Adam I believe and they were extremely professional and helpful I will definitely be taking my smaller vehicles there from now on.

I have just started using them since I bought new tires back in November 2019. They have been very friendly & have taken the time to go over everything that needed attention or would need it soon before they rotated the tires for me. They are wonderful. I will continue to use them for whatever maintenance work they can provide for my car since the price is a lot better than getting work done at the dealer. The facility is always clean to which can be very hard for a repair shop.

Been a long time customer both with my fleet vehicles and personal vehicles but now I’m going to go to someone else. I called to make an appt on Friday because I picked up a nail in my front tire and it was slowly losing air and needed to be plugged. I told the person I would have to wait for it. He said bring it in Sunday morning when they are slow and they could get to it while I waited. He told me it would take about an hour. He said no need to make an appt.just bring it by around 10. I went up there at 10 and the person said are you dropping it off. I said no, and explained what I was told to me on the phone when I called on Friday. He said they couldn’t get to it unless I dropped it off. So I told him I would be taking all my business elsewhere for now on. I went the whole weekend not driving my truck with the expectation it would be fixed Sunday. Now I have to call around to get it taken care of during the week as well as take time off of work. He should have just made an appt for me and blocked the time if that is what it was going to take to get it done. The expectation I was given was not met. If I don’t meet my clients expectations that I set in my position, I lose clients and would eventually lose my job. It is completely unacceptable and I will take my business elsewhere in the future after going to this place for years because of the convenience of being close to my house and having a Firestone credit card here. At this point it doesn’t matter and I will find another local place that I can have more faith in and puts more of a priority on setting and meeting their loyal customers expectations!

Update: manager called and got me in ASAP and did not charge me for plugging the tire. They made the situation right which is all I can ask.

Even tho there were issues after my work they immediately stepped up and fixed it...payed for tow and all issues. Very satisfied. Stuff happens, but how a company steps up afterward tells me lots about their integrity.

Great knowledgable staff! Never had an issue. My family gets our cars service here, that’s four cars. Numerous times of the year, always got it back when requested or sooner.

They’ve informed us of issues so we could repair ourselves as well. Never trying to rip you off.

I’ve referred this location to plenty of friends, it’s their go to for anything now.
