Makayla was amazing! She helped me out and answered all of my questions AND got me a great deal on an upgraded phone. That entire team is the best at customer service. I will be back!

My husband and I went into the store first thing in Saturday morning to get a new iPhone 15. Upon arrival the clean freak in me LOVED the cleanliness and organization of the store. I thought that was great, and then we met Doug. He was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I wish we could give him 10 stars. I even called the next day to ask a question about pairing my watch and he solved that problem too! I will only be purchasing my phones and accessories through him from now on. Thanks again Doug!

Came in for T-Mobile internet and Doug was very helpful and easy to talk to. Very nice guy and informing. There was a hiccup but he quickly got it fixed and had me out at a decent time. Great atmosphere and nice people!

Christian was excellent. We were dreading having to replace my husband’s flip phone with a smart phone - but even when the SIM card died on him, he was courteous, friendly, respectful of our handicaps, and efficient. He even helped us clone my contact list to the new phone.

I visited the T-Mobile store on Richardson Road on August 3rd. I had spent over 2 hours chatting with Customer Service the previous day with no resolution. Doug could not have been more helpful. He was courteous and professional. He assessed the problem and had the phone working perfectly in no time at all. Kudos to Doug for great customer service.

I recently just went to this location due to a bad experience at another location and THIS WILL BE MY NEW TMOBILE TO GO TO!!!!!!!! The two gentlemen that were working were very nice and knew what they were doing. I went in just to try to get a screen protector and they did not have any but they ordered me one and it is already on its way to me. I also had to have then look at my mom's phone and they fixed it immediately!!! The store had no wait and was very clean, I will definitely be going to this location from now on!!!!!

Christaan put his first ever screen protector on my phone and he did amazing!! I can tell he has great teachers, like Joe and Don. They were so helpful and I am a very satisfied customer!!

I normally hate going into any type of cell phone stores due to bad experiences with 3rd party ones. I drove 45 minutes to this one and I'm super thankful for how it went..I mainly worked with Sean & Doug but the whole crew was awesome! I upgraded phones and was worried I would lose my data. With a team effort and multi day operation due to me leaving town they went above and beyond to take care of business...Close to 70GB of info transferred! Highly recommend this location.
I'll drive the distance for anything I need in the future

Matt and the guys there are AWESOME! Matt has been helping us save money and upgrade for probably 10+ years. We wont go anywhere else, and will follow Matt till his retirement years if we have to! Great store, great group of guys and especially Matt who deserves a raise for how good he is!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Alec. He assisted me as soon as I walked in. He was so kind and helpful. I Greatly appreciate All he helped me with. I am 71 years old and he was so very kind. I was Blessed to have such a Fine young man help me and solve my problem. Thank You T- Mobile but most of All thank You Alec Martinez ! :)

Recently I had to migrate my account from Sprint to T-Mobile. I spoke with Endi and he was very helpful. He explained every step and made sure I knew what was happening with my account, he answered all my questions. It was super simple and quick! I was in and out and had no issues aftwards.

So I drove up to this store from Cape expecting okay service based on these reviews. The 3.5 stars they have DO NOT reflect the level of customer service they provide. These gentlemen are genuinely awesome people, who care about your individual situation enough to get to know you on a personal basis. Best Sprint store I've been to hands down.10/10 would recommend!

I needed help unlocking my phone bc I had to switch mobile companies. The techs at this location were friendly, eager to help, and navigated a very complex problem. I can't say enough about how great the service was! I'd give 10 stars if I could! Bravo!

My wife and I host exchange students. Normally we take them to a different carrier, but they are expensive and further away. We tried another provider in the Arnold area and they said they couldn't help because the phones were locked. In checking I found that the one student was already with T Mobile so we looked up the nearest location. We went here and Doug helped the students get a US number, he was very fast and friendly, plus T Mobile had much cheaper rates which is great for these students on the budget. Will be recommending this location to the other host parents..

I chose this store to switch my 5 lines from ATT based on positive reviews from some close friends and family members who also recently switched. I could not have been more pleased with my experience. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and very welcoming. We visited the store two times before we bought phones and received the same excellent service each time. We were offered water and snacks while we waited and multiple employees worked together to make the process more efficient. I thank this store for a wonderful transition from our old carrier.

This is the only corporate owned store in Arnold. These guys are top notch!
