Doctor Hucal is amazing! I had tooth pain and he identified the issue and gave me a same day filling, he really put me at ease and was kind and professional. The whole team was fantastic, another highlight was Matt the dental assistant he was super kind and really cared about everything I had to say. I highly recommend Applewood Modern Dentistry!

I was eating lunch when out of nowhere, my tooth chipped! I freaked out and instantly started googling around to see where I could go to get my tooth repaired. As someone who didn't have insurance, it was important for me to find a place close, reliable, and could provide options for payment. I stumbled upon Applewood, and let me tell you, I was not disappointed! I scheduled a same-day emergency visit and they got me in in no time at all! From the moment I arrived, Crystal was amazing and super friendly and made me feel welcome and appreciated! I wanna say a HUGE thank you to Dr. Hucal and his assistant Tina for making the crowning procedure quick, painless, and honestly fun! They were super funny, knowledgeable, and made me feel valued and even let me see how my crown was made! Honestly best dentist experience I've ever had and long story short, I think I've found my new primary dentist! Thank you all so much!

I needed a deep cleaning and the hygienist, Lauralee, was incredible. I’ve never had a cleaning where the hygienist seemed truly passionate about their work. She gave me a ton of helpful info & advice, and was as gentle as possible during the procedure. I truly appreciated her. 🙏🏻

Best Dentist! We've been trying to find a great dentist who explains things thoroughly and employs cutting edge technology, and we found it here! Dr Cabana and Tina were so helpful, caring, and excellent. Can't wait to come back in 6mo!!

Normally I am really anxious when I am anywhere near the dentist. However, I had a wonderful experience with Dr Hucal! He was kind, patient and made me feel at east with his funny jokes! He made a terrible fear of going to the dentist in to the most enjoyable moment of my week!

My experience at Applewood was wonderful! I am new to Colorado and have no dental or medical insurance. I called all over trying to find a dentist because I broke my molar and every place I called had an automated system where I had to press several buttons and I never spoke to a human. When I called Applewood, a lovely, real person answered and helped relieve my concerns. She explained their discount program for uninsured patients and got me in the next day to have my tooth fixed. That day was today and I received amazing care! Dr. Hucal and Matt (hygienist) treated me so kind. They explained everything in detail and I never once felt rushed or just a number. They were cracking jokes and Matt even hummed some good tunes. They really relieved my anxiety about getting a crown to fix my tooth. The financial lady was great too. I really can’t say enough great things about Applewood Modern Dentistry! They will be my new dental family for life! Thanks again to everyone who made me feel so cared for!

A fantastic dental experience.

Dental treatment entails certain discomforts and annoyances that are simply inescapable. Except for rare circumstances, going to the dentist is an inherently unpleasant experience. There's just no avoiding that.

But a kind voice and a bit of empathy can go towards making that discomfort more tolerable. Dr. Hucal and his assistant Tina both excel in that regard. Besides being a capable and efficient dental team, they show genuine concern and compassion for those in their care. Their communication with the patient and between each other creates a real sense of openness and humanity that is often missing from medical procedure.

I never exactly "look forward" to a visit to the dentist, but with Tina and Dr. Hucal I don't dread it, either.

OK. Where do I begin... I had been with my last dentist for 19 years. So the idea of switching was terrifying. Alas, when I called, Ashley answered, and this woman, was just about the kindest person ever. She was personable, genuine and wanted to ensure I was taken care of. But wait... when my daughter and I arrived, we had such a kind greeting from both of the front desk staff, and then we met TINA! People, Tina is so stinking funny, I could hardly stand it! The idea of laughing so hard it hurt at the DENTIST, has never crossed my mind, but this, yep, I couldn't stop. And then.... we met our dentist. The worst part is that I can't remember her name, but she too was hilarious and kind and helpful and attentive. Our whole experience was out of this world. My husband, ex husband, son and other daughter are all onboard to move now, and I can't express my gratitude. Thank you all for making our dental experience a really great one. xxxx Lori

I highly recommend Applewood Modern Dentistry. The staff is very kind, competent, professional and make the patient feel well informed and at ease throughout the process of booking and care, through payment for services. The equipment is state of the art modern high tech equipment and the communication from all members of the staff is very pleasant and they speak to you on a level that is easy to understand. I did not feel pressured for any services I chose and they show you photos and charts and real data to back up recommended service. A very comfortable and appealing office and ease of parking add to a positive experience.

The entire staff at Applewood is the most accommodating and kind I have personally ever experienced. From start to finish they worked with me, explained everything in thorough detail and offered me options that best suited my needs. I’m so thankful to have found this practice and I would strongly recommend!

Office team was amazing. Dr Guzelian took care of me and made sure my crown I needed fit perfectly. Had to get a deep cleaning and Lauralee hands down was the most gentle person I have ever worked with.

Finding a good dentist is hard, but I am lucky I was referred to Applewood and I will make sure I pass on that referral to anyone looking for a good dentist :)

This is a great dentist office. They keep up to date with modern dentistry and show great care for their patients. Tina was kind and professional. Wish more people in the world were like her!

Not only is Applewood Modern Dentistry very handy to where I live, Lauralee is my favorite hygienist of my 58 years on this planet. She does not talk down to you, or lecture you, she just talks to you like a human being and is the best I’ve ever met at explaining the hows and whys of dental hygiene. Under her guidance, I have gone from having a lot of gum problems to having virtually none!

Matt and Lauralee are fantastic! This is the most gentle and knowledgeable dentist I have ever been to. I know I am in good hands and that makes a difference. Thank you!

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Lam and Dana, her assistant and their staff! My teeth were a hot mess. But they assessed and FIXED my teeth in a few hours. They're rock stars in my book and I highly recommend them!
