Very quaint and inviting. The staff is willing to help with the difficult decisions of which homemade delight to choose. I had the brisket breakfast burrito, a latte and a chocolate chip orange scone for later.(which was eaten on the way home.) Lovely place, dog friendly, looking forward to enjoying the patio when it gets warmer.

We found this place while visiting the area. Coffee is delightful, food is delightful, and their galette pastries are to die for! Cute, great service, and lots of outdoor seating!

Such a great little coffee shop on the main strip in Louisville. They have a nice place to sit inside or outside, depending on the weather.

We loved this coffee shop in downtown Louisville!

Must try:
-salted caramel latte
-chocolate chip pumpkin bread
-hummus and veggie wrap

The workers did a great job both times we were there as it was super busy for the Parade of the Lights.

There are tables available in various rooms so plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

Make sure if you are a regular to sign up for their rewards points!

This adorable little coffee shop is tucked into the quaint little town of Louisville, and a must stop for your morning breakfast, mid morning coffee stop, lunch or afternoon pick me up! There are plenty of small tables inside to choose from, a cozy chair by the big window? Yes please.... Or perhaps a booth for you and your friends? This morning we chose one of the high top tables nestled in by the big bay window, also partly because the sun was shining and warming our backs as we enjoyed our morning treats! The professionally made espresso drinks were just the right temperature, silky and full of that much needed morning caffeine. On today’s menu for us was the Avocado Toast on Ciabatta bun with an added egg, as well as a made to order breakfast burrito complimented with a BlackBerry Italian Soda. Everything is homemade and delicious! The cakes and sweets were calling to us from the bakery counter yet we resisted and decided to save it for our next visit! Today was a cold and cozy one to be inside the cute little coffee shop but there is plenty of seating on the front patio to soak up all that wonderful Colorado sun once it starts warming up a bit! Baristas were friendly and welcoming. Will be back for sure!

I love Bittersweet! This is my favorite coffee shop in the area. Both the bakery items and the coffee drinks are great, and the seating outside is perfect for people watching and hanging out. The service is always friendly too.

Bittersweet is the best coffee and vibes in Louisville. They can run low on seating during popular times and that is the only issue. The best place for espresso and a coffee date!

An extremely quaint coffee house, lots of outside seating. The brisket burrito was fantastic, coffee cake similarly fantastic, and good coffee. Perfect meeting place for friends and family, something for everyone to enjoy.

More than a great coffee shop, they offer pretty tasty pastries and sandwich options for breakfast or lunch. Indoor and patio seating as well. Service is friendly and fairly quick and prices are reasonable. Interesting local art on the walls. A cozy and comfy place for a bite when the other places in town are backed up. I think you will be satisfied stopping in here for a beverage or meal.

Staying in the area for several days. Ate breakfast here twice. The coffee/tea/drink choices are standard fare but very good. The sandwiches/wraps are delicious; as well as the pastry/ cookies/sweets. The cinnamon rolls are huge with cream cheese frosting! I bought several breakfast sandwiches and wraps to take to a group. Everyone loved their food. Huge hit! The atmosphere is relaxing. Places to plug in and work or scroll the internet, a few board games for customers, indoor or outdoor seating. Very inviting.

This was another shocking surprise to find this place. again I am always busy and I never have time to stop and make something at home to take with me. This was another one of my busy days where I was starving like a hostage and I googled breakfast near me and I very much enjoyed the yoga pants burrito that I ordered. I highly recommend this burrito if you are in a hurry like I was. Also I was having an itch in my throat that morning it must have been allergies or something in the air and I noticed that they had a home blended drink that was made of beets and Ginger so I gingerly grabbed myself a bottle of this and boy did I enjoy it and yes it did what I thought it would do it cleared up my chest and my and made the itchiness in my throat go away. I would definitely come back here since I do work a lot in this area
