It's just a food truck, but the tacos are consistently excellent, and the guy running it is always friendly. Easy location to get in and out of. Even before the Taco Wagon shut down, I preferred this place.

Didn’t have good tacos since 2017 because I was living in Asia! And when I first arrived to Colorado I got to try these tacos when I was passing by with my family! They are some of the best tacos I’ve ever had! Really authentic and it really feels like family food!

We found this place on a whim as we were driving by and decided to give it a shot. Wow, we were really impressed with the food. We ordered 4 tacos asadas, 4 tacos al pastor, and we were definitely more than happy that we stopped by. It's literally a one man team, he does it all. The food tastes fresh and cooked to order, the tacos come with a side of grilled onions and radishes. Plus the red and green chili salsas are great. The red salsa is on the spicier side for sure but probably the best tasting salsas around packed with a punch of great flavor. We would highly recommend this food truck for sure. These are true Mexican street tacos. The man working, I'm assuming is the owner is very polite and friendly. Next time you want great food, stop by for sure. The place is located in the parking lot of auto zone, at the intersection of S.Public and S. Boulder Rd. South East corner behind auto zone.

It’s a one man team inside a humble taco wagon, providing good service and tasty tacos. I recommend giving them a try. We got 4 tacos and they were loaded. Overall a good experience.

This place is great. One of the best burritos ive gotten in a while. I got the special burrito with asada and it was worth the little wait. Means its just one guy i could understand the wait.

These are are the best burritos that you will ever have, hands down! I literally turned back around and drove 15 minutes back, just to get more to take home for my next few breakfasts.

Always fast and friendly service. I once asked them for a roasted jalapeno on the side, and now they provide one every time without fail. No green chili, but they're hot sauces are great.

My husband and I are always looking for good Mexican food. We definitely found a spot we will be going back to. Food was amazing as well as the Salas. He was very nice and does a great job making delicious Mexican food.

Best breakfast burritos in the Lafayette area and the owner is very friendly! I have been to most every breakfast burrito place in a 20-mile radius and this one is the best. Wish I had found them sooner. I encourage you to give them a try and support a great small business.

Wow!! Simply amazing! I got the tacos two carnitas and one barbacoa (which were devoured probably quicker than it did to get the order in my hands). Hands down some of the best tacos in Colorado! If you are craving authentic street tacos with amazing flavor this is the spot. Great customer service and quick! I will be back for sure!
