Where to begin?! So many vegan options!! Everything we had was amazing! The food was so fresh and reasonably priced for the quantity of food! One of the chef's came out and gave us some of their green salsa! So thoughtful and delicious! We will be back!

Killer vegan mexican food! Ordered the namesake burrito vegan style and the owner really gets it, her husband makes most of it from scratch. The vegan beef was seasoned perfectly with as much grease as you'd hope but not too much. I'll be sure to stop by when I'm in Louisville

Really and truly, this is excellent Mexican food! You can tell that the owners are putting their heart and souls into their handcrafted recipes. The 303 Bowl is my current favorite- super fresh, healthy and delicious. I love their pulled pork- perfectly seasoned and authentic. And, my kids love the green chili mac n cheese (I confess, I've had a bowl or 2 myself.) The local owners know what they are doing, the service is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend popping in, saying hi and working your way through the menu.

What a gem! So far I've only had the vegetarian ground beef nachos and the pork burrito, but I plan on trying everything here! The pork green chili is amazing and their veg. ground beef is seasoned to perfection. My two meals were truly memorable and food that I really enjoyed savoring, which is not something I typically say when I order takeout.! Another plus is that the place seems extremely clean, the food comes out quickly, and the employees seem happy. I'm thrilled we have yet another great Mexican place in the area. It certainly holds it's own! As a hot sauce fiend, the only thing that I would love would be some spicier items / salsas!

I just had the marinated beef tacos. The best I have tasted. A lot of ingredients within! The rice and beans are delicious. Especially like that the pintos are whole and not the mashed goo one finds in other restaurants. I am now a steady customer. Thank you so much for being apart of the community!!

My fiancé & I absolutely love this place, and try & come regularly twice a week! There are a few things we cannot get enough of...their delicious queso, the pork green chili, and their amazing chicken tacos! My other half loves their burritos as well! I also am in love with their green tomatillo salsa with chips! This local favorite never disappoints! The owner & staff are also gems, and are super friendly & fun to talk to! I was there yesterday, and they added homemade Pozole to the menu! I loved every bite! Thank you for all the kindness & amazing Mexican food!

We are big fans of Mexican food and enjoy trying new restaurants. We tried the chicken and rice burrito and their signature Fork n' Frijole vegetarian burrito. They did not disappoint! The presentation was beautiful and the flavors were fantastic. We are looking forward to trying more items on the menu.

We love this place!!! Best tacos around, their burritos are amazing, the pork green chili is on-point, and the roasted garlic queso hits the spot every time. I cannot not say enough about how amazing the food is here!!! We also love supporting this small business, as the owner & staff are all awesome as well :)

We had takeout this evening and it was perfect. Our order was ready in 10 minutes, staff was lovely, restaurant inside was clean/covid precautions in place. We had the vegetarian 303 bowl which was so fresh, plenty of food along with a vegan burrito that my husband gobbled. We are thrilled to have them so close to our house. Thank you!

Delicious, fast, and very friendly service. We had the vegetarian beef nachos and a green chile pork burrito. Loved both. Happy to have this business in the neighborhood, and look forward to exploring the menu further soon.

The fork n' frijole burrito is delicious, but somehow the side of roasted vegetables stole the show. I could have had a whole meal of just that. They offer a wide variety of vegan and vegetarian options, which is great and surprisingly uncommon in the area.

Just picked up a great lunch for my family here. It was a hit at home. Lunch was well prepared with wonderful flavors, fresh, and delicious. The order was ready on time, staff were friendly and facility was spotless and appealing. We will absolutely be back.

I've lived here a few years now and never knew about this place. Their food is really good, very fresh! Had a marinated steak burrito and was excellent. Service is great, friendly, and quick. Would highly recommend.

So yummy!! The 303 bowl with vegan beef looked just like the other photos from reviews. Tasted super fresh. I was able to save for 2 meals.

Great service and quality food! The restaurant is very clean and the staff is so friendly. While their menu I've tried are all great, I particularly like their queso! It's a gem place! I am thankful for their business letting me find comfort food at easy location! - a humble word from a Tex-Mex fan ;)

Have eaten here several times, great menu, fresh ingredients, friendly service, what more could you ask for?
Just enjoyed their thanksgiving dinner, all the food delicious, well portioned, and easy instructions to heat! A perfect meal that was a breeze to heat and serve.

Support Local!

LOTS of vegetarian/vegan options. So far have had the veg green chile (ultimate comfort food), and the pinto and red chile quesadilla (dig the Oaxaca cheese). Large portions for the price. Will def come back again

The best tortilla soup ever! I hope you make this a regular menu item. We also had tacos, which were excellent. We highly recommend this restaurant!

Awesome place. I got a steak burrito. It's clear a lot of thought and effort went into the ingredients and flavors, and the end result really shines in a unique yet familiar way. I'll certainly be back when I'm in the area.

Love the homemade salsa, the burrito bowls (with squash), and the friendly staff! So glad there’s a new tasty taco place in Louisville!
