One of my most favorite places to walk my dogs. It’s a beautiful easy walk and you’ll see a lot of nature. I love this spot, even though parking isn’t the best, and you can only enter from one area going north on Kipling. The entrance may be kind of hard to find, but it’s definitely worth it!

Beautiful view. Easy parking off of Kipling in a dirt lot. Dirt trail around the lake was nice for running, ~1.5 mi loop.

Combining public fishing access, off-litmus nature preserve are with a large looping walking:biking trail makes one of my favorite fishing destinations in the metro area. Have caught large and small mouth bass, blue gill and perch here but the catfishing is why you will usually find me fishing here at least once a week.

Such a beautiful part of the city. I believe one lap around is half a mile or maybe more. The lake there you can catch and release. The views are infinite. I went there every day twice a day.

Love this little trail because it only takes about 30-35min to walk, it’s about 1.5-1.6mi. Some parts have shade but most is open, the water level is super low right now but still offers some great views. If you’re looking to get out of the house without a huge walking commitment- this is the place.

Beautiful Lake and mountain views. It is approximately 1 1/5 miles around. Feels very safe because it is used by lots of dog walkers. Enjoy!!

A nice local park that offers a great view of the mountains. There is a short trail around the lake which is perfect for a more relaxed day.

We really enjoy taking a walk around this neighborhood park. There are benches all around the lake for you to sit and take a break. Although, after it rains or the snow melts, beware that it can get a bit muddy since the trails are all dirt. The best place to park is the lot on the east side off of Kipling next to the fire station. Dogs must be on a leash and bikes are allowed. If you found this review helpful, please give it a thumbs up. Enjoy!

Great lake to walk the dog and get some good views of Red Rocks. A few benches to sit and watch the sunset over the mountains. There are fenced off areas protecting the natural wetlands so you'll see a lot of different birds and other wildlife

A very nice park, with a great view of the Front Range. There are covered picnic tables made of plastic coated metal, paths, a playground for kids, a lake in which one can wade into.

Super nice trail , but it gets marshy during any wet seasons.

I play disc golf here frequently. it has a good course, lots of elevations, and Foothills Parks and Rec does a great job with upkeep, and course signs. Concrete tees are a plus, mud can be a problem if it's been overly wet. the river isn't as bad as you think. Great course.

Great place to take a walk - beautiful scenery, and a number of birds-of-prey; hawks and osprey. Ducks, coots are here too.

Always a fun walk, views of lake/mountains/sunset if time it right is great, also a wide variety of birds to watch in this particular park :)
