Wow, I can only start by saying Chris in the pharmacy was absolutely amazing to work with for prescriptions. He paid close attention to my comments, provided quick help, and offered professional advice. I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of his customer service. The entire team at this location is outstanding, but Chris truly shines as a star. Medicine is crucial for people, and customer service is a choice—Chris made an exceptional impression! We will exclusively visit this location.

I want to give Kelsey and Ann a special thank you for being reliable and getting the job done. We were in need of a medication right away and got it processed with Kelsey running ALL stations and Ann right there to support her. Thank you so much for saving the day!

I too had as good an experience as possible at this facility. I didn't catch the pharmacist's name but he is awesome. The urgent care that I went to was completely incompetent and prescribed some ear drops (which I didn't need because I have a sinus infection, not an ear infection) were going to cost $1000. The pharmacist helped me find some cheaper alternatives and after I paid out of pocket, one of the staff ( a guy with a dark beard) helped me get a refund and properly charged the VA for the meds. I was most impressed because the pharmacy was slammed with customers and they still took the time to help me with my situation, filled the Rx very quickly, and made sure my insurance paid for it. I had previously been using the pharmacy at the Safeway down the street-never again, that place is horrible.

Awesome! My prescription ended up convoluted, not the pharmacy's fault at all, and they were more than helpful in resolving the issue. Dealt with a simple, yet complicated, situation promptly and professionally. Remember, be polite and patient (pun) as they have some many guidelines on so many levels that have to be followed that we on the other end have no idea about....and they are there to make us more well too!

On contrast to the other reviews, I actually had a great experience at this Walgreens.

I needed two prescriptions moved from a LA pharmacy to this one. When I called, someone answered promptly, was super nice and my meds were ready for pickup maybe 30 minutes later.

The lady at the front register was also super nice and the store is big and overall clean.

I had a recent experience with the Walgreens in SW Denver that has me pleased to see that “customer satisfaction” is met. I recently had surgery and was required to have heparin injections for a period to prevent any potential clots. The Doctor ordered the prescription but failed to request syringes. The pharmacy was not required to help me acquire those syringes but went out of their way to help accommodate me to make sure I was able to take my medication.
I know most just want to complain however, Walgreens should be proud of their employees in pharmacy.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Cole in the photo department. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Short staffed during this holiday season and she still took the time to answer customers questions and concerns. Please remember to have patience and to be kind as so many things are out of their control.

I was having difficulties with technology on my phone/computer and unfortunately my Save the Date cards did not print how I wanted it. I had to mess with my settings and resubmit my order over and over. Thankfully the store mananger Cliff, the store lead Vicky and Jake were so patient and helped me print my photos until they were perfect! They are the true definition of what great customer service is all about! Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for being so amazing and professional. Your excellent customer service means more to me than you know!

Amazing skincare/hair selection. Trevor checked us out and was incredibly helpful and polite. Very nice location as well. Highly recommend!

Never seems to get too busy and the shelves always seem fully stocked. Great place to get photos printed as well

It took only five to ten miuutes to get a script filled. I came from dentist next door, and they observed I was in pain and needed tlo leave the sooner the better. Good common sense. I wasnt pressured by sales clerks also.☺

The pharmacists are competent and I've never gotten bad service in all the years of using this place.
