TRUE Automotive Lakewood

First time using TRUE automotive. Initially brought my 4runner in for an oil change and was informed a seal on the suspension in which they were able to repair same day. I worked with tech Christian who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and informative with everything going on with my car. Pricing was incredibly competitive, and turn around time was impressive. Cannot recommend true automotive and particularly tech Christian enough!

True Automotive has been wonderful to work with. Their staff are very thorough and make scheduling easy. They also are extremely thorough on inspections without being pushy. Everything I have had done to my vehicles was very reasonably priced and executed very well. I am very happy with the services I have received. They also recently renovated the shop; it looks beautiful! Snacks and music are great.

They take great care of me when looking for a mechanic trust is huge to know they go above and beyond for me not once but twice they will always be my trusted mechanics. They work fast and are honest with issues and pricing. As a women it’s easy to be taken advantage of but they are the absolute best.

Complete Auto Repair always takes great care of my vehicle. They are kind, attentive and honest. When we first moved here about 4 years ago we wanted a honest mechanic and this place came highly recommended. We have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend them!

Had such a great experience at this location! Being a woman and walking into these businesses can be intimidating but I felt very comfortable and taken care of. They were quick and efficient and incredibly friendly. Will continue to use True Automotive for my truck.

Car repairs are never fun. I’m happy to say, however, that TRUE Automotive made our situation much better. Great communication and flexibility, above and beyond customer service! I’m happy to recommend them and will definitely be back (though hopefully not soon) 🙂

My uncle has been going to them for years! So when I asked where to go for auto work, my uncle had no hesitations when referring me to Complete Auto Repair. The workers are super friendly and helpful. It is one of the only auto repair shops that I trust. They also bring up that if you want to look around for other prices on whatever work you need, show them the price, and they can try to match it. I will definitely continue to go to them! Highly recommend! But just know that they are remodeling a bit inside for a short time, so it may look a little chaotic inside when you first arrive until they finish.

True to its name (pun intended), True Automotive seems like an honest and dependable shop. I’ve got a Subaru and the master tech there gave me some solid insight to the maintanence on my car that, to me, is very valuable due to the fact that I have north of 150,000 miles on it.

I’ve two oil changes and a trans + differential fluid change here. Car runs great after each service appointment, and best of all; they were honest with their inspection, stating that my car is in excellent shape other than two things that needed done. They even referenced the CarFax for my car to back up their recommended service.

On top of all of this, they offer a free shuttle for customers and you can text them and expect quick responses.

5/5 would recommend for anyone in the Golden/Lakewood area. There’s a reason they’ve got a ton of customer cars in their lot.

Staff was super friendly and great at communicating. They all seemed immensely trustworthy and seemed like they really had my best interest in regards to price. They ask before they do anything and have you approve so no surprise fees. They also have a shuttle which is unique :)

The staff was very nice, the waiting room was comfortable, there were plenty of complimentary snack options, and they asked me plenty of questions in order to make it right. I had two of my missing splash guards replaced which at the end rang up to $69.69. Really nice place and if you have any problems with their work like I did, they'll do everything they can to make it right.

I've tried a couple different shops in the area, and this is my absolute favorite! The inspection reports educate me and guarantee the accuracy of repairs needed. I am very thankful for their care, patience and honesty.

I’ve been taking my car in for servicing since I moved to the area three years ago and every time they’ve made it easy to come back. Friendly customer service, reliable technicians, reasonable pricing - I’d recommend their locations to anyone.

I currently, drive a ‘99 Corolla with 340,000 miles on it. I’ve had my car serviced by Complete Auto Repair for well over a decade. Recently the business changed hands from a Mom and Pop shop to a larger company and I still receive the same awesome service!
The two guys at the front desk, Jeremy and Damien, always greet me by name as if we were old friends and have known each other for ages.
Prices may be steep, but I’d prefer to use this garage rather than trying to find something new. I’m always given options on which way to handle whatever my car needs and they explain everything in detail.
You won’t be sorry using this business

I give these guys one star.
In early April, I went on vacation, left my car with them so they’d look at repairs my car needed. Two days after I left the car I got a text that gave me the info on what needs to be done and I said OK that’s fine. I will pick up my car on the 12th that’s 10 days for the repair.
On April 11, I received a text stating all the parts came in and my car would be finished on the 17th or 18th. What!? When I contacted them they said OK sorry will try to finish it by tomorrow afternoon which was Friday the 12th.
Nope!
After lots of excuses, my car was finished on the 18th, which is what they predicted. It would be done so I don’t believe they made any effort to rush the repair job. I was told because my car was so old (‘99 corolla )They were being very careful so things wouldn’t break or fall off.
I won’t go back

Repairs were done accurately and efficiently. Employees were friendly, knowledgeable and explained required repairs in such a way that were comprehensible and clear. Repairs were completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business.

I love these guys! Definitely will be my mechanics for life! Looking to have the engine in my hyundai replaced and they did research and recommend I go directly to the dealer. When i go to pay for the diagnostic fee they said not to worry. I've owned several cars and had them serviced by them and they have always been fair and direct. I recommend you make them your mechanics as well!

I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years; these folks are service first attitudes. Super flexible with appointment times and really offer pragmatic solutions. Never over sell!!

These guys were very helpful. Completed the work fix the problem explained everything Paradise really happy with the service. I would highly recommend them what they’re doing when it comes to Auto and car repair.

Best place to take your car to! Some of the most communicative people to help me since owning my car. They are super straightforward and the most honest people when it comes to any situations with your car. They helped me in a tough spot and made a terrible situation a lot easier to deal with. I would recommend them to everyone.
