Expert, friendly & quick service. Literally spent several hours over 2 days on the phone with customer service to switch plans from prepaid to postpaid. Finally gave up and drove to store. Trenton got it done in less than 30 minutes.

Very quick, easy, and good experience. Transferred my service and transferred from android to iPhone, and I got a deal on a speaker and a pair of headphones when I did it. Would definitely recommend this place.

Been a faithful customer here for years. The staff has changed over, but the service is always top notch! When in need the staff makes it happen. Their inventory and ability to get devices is perfect! Our new iPad minis arrived in a couple of days.

Went to this store on Friday 7/21 and had a great experience. Noah was knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. He helped me trade in an old phone and get a great deal on a new phone that needed to get shipped to my house. Because I am leaving on a trip soon , the (I believe) manager Donnie waved the fee to ship the phone to me express. Overall great experience and will definitely go back for all my phone needs.

I dread upgrading my phone. Noah was so extremely helpful in picking out my phone, case and explaining my plan to me. He was so helpful my husband went back later to upgrade his phone. Thank you Noah! You’re the best!

Thank god for Donnie and Christian, otherwise, I would have moved to another carrier. The Colorado mills location is a joke do mot go there not unless you want the manager not help you.

Needed a new phone and service plan. Javyn (Spelling) and his coworker were very helpful. It took awhile for my data to transfer to my new phone, so I got to see them help a few other customers and everyone seemed satisfied. Thank you.

SUPERLATIVE SERVICE during three T-Mobile consultations from three different personnel: patient, informational, and descriptive explanations.
Purchased cell phone, first ever at 70+ y/o., at Apple Store.

Three visits to T-Mobile:
1st interview to learn about iPhones and T-Mobile plans.
2nd visit: to purchase prepaid plan: unlimited call and text; limited data; explanation of what was what…turned-off settings on iPhone settings that Apple Store configured with iPad, this to minimize data usage.
3rd consultation: A wonderfully informative experience learning (1) how to determine usage through access to T-Mobile website from internet and directly from T-Mobile codes numbers by phone. (2) Guidance, directions and lessons in resolving conflicts with apps. so as to minimize data usage.

(4) I also had an online conversation/chat with T-Mobile support: professional and in-line with the above attributes of providing service, i.e., patient and responsive to my questions and confusions.

The manager on duty, Donnie, was great! Super nice guy. Made the whole process easy and fast. Walked out with two iphones and two apple watches when we only came in for one phone haha! Appreciate the service and good laughs. Thanks Donnie!

Went in to add a line to an existing plan and upgrade my phone. Ran into complications with my previous provider when trying to switch providers and port the number over. Amaka was the most wonderful and provided excellent service to help me out and get what I came in for. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and funny! The manager John was also wonderful! Would definitely come here again:)

I was provided incredible support by James at this location. I had an issue that TMobile support was incapable of helping, but James resolved my issue right away. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed and up to par. I will certainly be coming back to this location as the ppl working here put in the work to make sure the customer leaves happy.

I can't fault the staff here, but the T-Mobile service map is not correct for the Evergreen area, and we wasted money on prepaid sim cards. No refund possible. Terrible connection in the mountains. Be careful!
I am amending this review to reflect the superb after sale service received from Jesse after he responded to my review. He diligently walked me though possible solutions and determined that the fault lay with the phone capabilities. He also offered alternative solutions. Many thanks!
That said, t-mobile service is spotty in the areas where we need it .

I was very impressed by the professionalism of Henry with my trip to this T-mobile store he addressed all my concerns when switching services. The store Manager Mike Lutz even introduced himself to make sure everything was going smoothly, which it was. This is my new store and I'll be sure to tell all my friends and family to come here!!

I have been a long time prepaid customer and I have always hated going into T-Mobile stores because they can never fix my issues. However Mike convinced me to change out of my prepaid plan to a normal business account because I own my own business Jax Unlimited! Come see Mike! He gives the best service and now I will not dread going into a T-Mobile store!!! Mike 10/10

Our 1st Experience was off to a bad start at another store. We called the Lakewood T Mobile store and the Manager John was most helpful. He worked with us until everything was transferred. He was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant.
Would recommend going to this location for sure !!

After 19 years with Verizon/Cellular One, we came to the conclusion that they just weren't appreciative of the $275 we sent them every month and decided to shop around. We settled on T-Mobile because they were buying out Verizon contracts and my research showed that the coverage was every bit as good around Denver metro as Verizon.

We were concerned about out of town though, we have a daughter in Crested Butte on our plan and didn't want to leave her with spotty coverage. The T-Mobile test drive allowed us to take an iPhone 5s for a week and over Thanksgiving we went to Crested Butte and found that with a Verizon and T-Mobile phone next to each other in the car there was definitely less coverage out in the boonies but not that much less. In Crested Butte we had no issues in town or on the mountain.

So we wound up in the T-Mobile store on the north side of Colfax at Denver West (14413 Colfax Avenue, not the mall store.) We were moving 5 lines and were spread out and could not all come in at the same time, our Crested Butte phone would have to be shipped. Jesus, Phil, and the new store manager Frank all bent over backwards to make sure this all happened for us. Everything they promised they delivered. And they even threw in some nice extras (car chargers, phone cases.)

I really recommend these guys, they took great care of us and DO appreciate the business!

Ashley was very friendly and helpful. She assisted me in switching services and I was in and out in no time. The other staff members here were also friendly and offered their assistance to make sure off my needs were met and taken care of. This will definitely be my go to store. Great customer service!

I was helped by the two coolest women I have ever met. Monica & Ashley. They spoke well and gave me the upmost customer service as well as a wonderful experience in the store. The interaction filled me with positive energy that ended my week with a smile. Promote these two and give them a bonus.

Went in to make the switch from Verizon and was not disappointed! All of the employees were friendly and worked closely with us to make sure we were getting the best deal for what we wanted. Yizel and Ashley were the dream team and made the whole process painless! Looking forward to having T-Mobile from here on out!
