Costco Tire Center

Very helpful staff. We went there with a flat tire. Leena and another gentleman helped us when we were in a big rush to get to an important conference. So kind and timely even though it was a busy day for them. I really appreciate it!

Aaron at Costco, Arvada tires, and his colleagues provided excellent service. I was in and out in just a bit more than one hour. Everyone in the entire department was completely courteous. They’re an example to how the rest of the retail world might work. Much appreciated!!

I bought tires online and had them shipped to the store. Booked an appointment online. Checked in for my appointment at the store and had my car back with all new tires in under an hour. Great experience.

Purchased tires online at a great deal, they were delivered to the Arvada Costco Tire Center the next day. Called the shop and scheduled the install for the following day. Easy drop off and was called for pick up sooner than they had initially quoted me, which was awesome. A+ service from Avery! Thanks y’all!

I was afraid to get tires from this Costco because of the horrible ratings. This morning we were one of the first waiting for the tire center to open. Didn’t know you had to walk through the Fire Exit door and through the tires to get to their desk. Since the main Costco store is close until 10am, walk through the Fire Exit door at 8am for the tire center. Our car was done just after 9am. Awesome!

Been here a couple times in the past few months for 2 different vehicles, and everyone I've talked with has been super helpful.

We had a late day appointment and these guys were slammed working their tails off. We went shopping and an hour and a half later my car still wasn't ready so we sat around waiting at the food court and when it was finally ready the guy incharge Sean was super sorry and you could see he was sweating so you know they were working and I've been there, plus a little $$ money back for our troubles was completely unexpected but super nice of him. Please have patients and kindness, this is not an easy job.

Ordered snow tires online and had them delivered here. Scheduled service is like a month out (Nov 2022). So I walked in 2 days after they were delivered around 11 AM, dropped the car off and ride-shared home. Got a call around 2 PM they were done. So if you don’t mind hanging out at Costco all day or leaving your car for a chunk of the day, I’d say it’s worth it.

Going in I expected to have a bad experience with my tire installation apt based on all the other reviews. Maybe I just got lucky but I dropped the car off and was able to pick it back up an hour later. Derek was nice and answered all my questions about my new tires and overall it was a very positive experience. Might have gotten lucky based on the other reviews

Great customer service. I had a nail in my tire (tires were purchased at Costco) and was going on a road trip 2 days later. They were booked out on appointments for 2 weeks, but somehow ordered new tires under my warranty because they were not fixable and recommended doing a walk-in appt. Within 1 day and 1.5 hours later I was good to go. Great accommodations and tire stock for the area. It also helps that they are open late like the rest of the store.

Did a great job and saved $200 on tires as compared to the national chains for the same model. Also nice to be able to stop at any Costco chain and have them do the regular maintenance. Bonus tip, they have self service air that uses nitrogen if you need to to top off.

Let me straighten some misconceptions up on these reviews to try to save others time. The people that work here are awesome, but extremely busy. DO NOT go earlier than store hours - they are not open. Yes, I saw the person that posted a pic of a sign about 7am and the other to walk in the fire door. NO. That info must be old. DO try your best to get an appt by going on their website. I actually spoke to one of the guys that work there (people complaining about them obviously haven't actually spoken to them). He was so nice. He didn't have the tires I wanted (I walked in), but he called over to Westminster and got me an appt same day. He also explained that Arvada Costco is THE busiest Costco on the front range - and not just for tires. This is not for someone that wants to get out of there quickly. Be flexible and willing to surrender the vehicle for the day and Uber out of there.

I had a wonderful experience, my tires had to be ordered n my appt was 10 am my car was taken into the tire garage right on time n the work was done with proficiency! Very pleased!

Employees here are extremely helpful and very pleasant to talk to. They had everything that I needed and really great prices.

I wish I could mark Stephen Klein's temper tantrum review as unhelpful. How silly to write a 1 star review about a company because you do not like their policy. Costco does great work, their people are professional and their tire techs are extremely helpful. They will even fill your tires with air for free regardless of where you bought them. Just pull up to the bay and flag down a tech. They'll stop whatever they're doing to help you. Great, great, great team they have.

Casey The tire supervisor went above and beyond for me when I had a blown out tire. He didn’t have it in stock, but called a sister location who reserved the tire and had it waiting for me an hour later. Great customer service.

Costco tire center is the best! Excellent, friendly customer service and interstates batteries are great quality.

Excellent tires, service and the Nitrogen gas is the best way to have confidence in consistent pressure in your tires, no matter the temperature or altitude.
