Recently had a fantastic experience at Epic Auto Sales! Gave it a 5-star rating because John, my salesman, was exceptionally friendly and made my car purchase stress-free. No surprise dealer fees, and the car I purchased has no mechanical issues that were not addressed by him. Highly recommend for a smooth and reliable buying process!

The place was super clean. Everyone was super nice. John stahls sold me a 2015 tundra. Drove it 4 hours home. Started having issues with steering wheel shaking while braking. Called John, he took care of it for me. New rotors and brakes. Perfect!!!

My daughter bought a car from these amazing people & if I could give them a million star rating I would. They are beyond honest! They showed my daughter every flaw, told her to check it out, test drive and showed her car fax report. She agreed to buy it but low pressure indicator was on, they asked if they could take it & have it checked it before they released it. She agreed & when it was returned they noticed some type of fluid dripping. After checking it out they found a crack in radiator, replaced it at NO additional charge! What used car dealer has ever stood behind a car they were selling! I can’t say enough about these guys, no pressure and so nice to work with! Check them out, you will not regret it!

Could not ask for a better car buying experience. My wife and I have purchased several cars from Travis over the years and would send any friend or coworker in his direction when looking for a good reliable used vehicle at a fair price. Honestly our first and last stop when looking to purchase a vehicle and plan on using Epic Autos again in the future.

I spent 14 years selling cars so I know a thing or two about how this goes. And since I rarely deal with dealerships let me say what a pleasant experience I had at Epic. Travis and John were friendly, low pressure and knowledgeable. I am totally happy with the 2013 Prius that I purchased. I had a thoroughly pleasant experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.

I have always avoided dealerships because I hate being sold to, but private party transactions have led me down some regretful paths as well... Epic had the exact car I wanted so I decided to bite the bullet and go with a dealer, and boy am I happy I did.

Every step of the way, John was heplful, straightforward, and easygoing. I came in knowing what car I wanted, but even still, I did not ever feel any pressure. These guys run a respectable, honest shop.

I did decide to take the car to an independent mechanic who found an issue with the clutch. Epic replaced the clutch, no questions asked, without any additional charge to me. Even offered to fix any other small things I found after the sale was made.

If you're nervous about getting fleeced on a bad deal, or bothered with aggressive salesmanship, Epic is your shop.

First off I would like to say that Jon and Travis were awesome to work with! I had been searching for a 5th Gen Toyota 4Runner that had been heavily modified. I found Epic Autos somehow and reached out to them.

I kid you not. They were such a pleasure to work with that I flew in from North Carolina to Colorado. The guys at Epic Autos were very accommodating and picked me up from the airport. When I arrived at their dealership I found the vehicle I had been searching for. Everything was as described.

I trusted Epic Auto so much that I started my 23 hour drive back to North Carolina. I had two friends that came with me, who co-drove for me. We ended up having to drive through a winter blizzard but the vehicle ran flawlessly. I couldn't be happier with my purchase! I believe I definitely knocked purchasing a vehicle out of state off my bucket list!

Bought a GX470 back in 2020, forgot to review. Had a good experience here. Came in later in the day requesting to see 3 GX’s they recently got in inventory. Vehicles were all detailed, keys in the car, CarFax on the seat ready to be driven for a test drive. We decided on an ‘08, negotiated a bit and got a deal done quick and easy. When we got home I noticed a radiator leak. I called and left a VM and by the next morning they arranged for me to get it in with a mechanic. Got it fixed at no cost. 2 years and 20k miles later, nothing but basic maintenance. This vehicle has the most thorough CarFax history report I’ve ever seen, and the other 2 had in depth service history as well. They go after the right vehicles that have a decent history for good value and peace of mind.

Best car buying experience ever! How refreshing not to deal with high pressure sales tactics. John was so helpful. He thoroughly researched the vehicle in advance and answered every question we had. The price was very fair and lower than other dealers. Will definitely be back for future vehicle purchases!

A significant issue came up after I had purchased the truck, and they stood by their word (at significant expense). I consider that to be the ultimate test of any buying/sales experience, and they passed with flying colors. Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend this place enough. While shopping for a used vehicle, I visited several larger (supposedly reputable) dealerships and never really felt taken care of, heard, or appreciated. I saw a vehicle from this dealership on Craigslist and was skeptical about shopping at a smaller business at first. I was very pleasantly surprised to find excellent customer service and a straightforward no-nonsense shopping experience. I always felt understood and appreciated, even after making it clear I wasn’t going to be able to purchase a vehicle until several weeks later. I dealt with John from start to finish and he made the whole experience way easier than I ever thought possible. Fair price on a great vehicle. Understanding, personal, phenomenal service, no-hassle shopping experience. Again, can’t recommend this business enough.

Purchased a 2008 Highlander Hybrid from these guys a few weeks ago. The vehicle is in great shape (even with 250k miles) and they had put a lot of work into, including upholstery work, and CarPlay. Travis and John are honest salesman, and very upfront about anything and everything with the vehicles. Purchasing process was simple and painless. They even came in after hours to do it. Customer Satisfaction is their #1 priority. Would definitely purchase a vehicle from here again!

Travis was excellent to work with. He was very knowledgable about Toyotas and vehicles in general. He was open and honest throughout the whole process. Great small business where customers are highly valued. We ended up purchasing two vehicles from him in one day! Hands down the best experience that I have had with buying a car. Travis was not only the most knowledgeable dealer that I spoke with during my car search, but he was also the most caring. I do not put too much emphasis into the personality of a dealer (the only thing I am focused on is making sure that I get the best car for my money). However, it was a HUGE breath of fresh air when I met Travis. There was absolutely no pressure when I went there to buy. Being a smaller dealership, he definitely offers the best prices, and you cannot beat the service. If you ever meet Travis you will be able to tell right away how much pride he takes in his work. I plan on driving the 4Runner I just purchased from him for a while, however, once I am ready to buy again I will look nowhere else. I highly recommend Epic Autos to anyone looking to buy a vehicle! No matter what stage you are at in your car buying process, do yourself a favor and give them a call.

Nice place and the autos are indoors so it's weather friendly.also the area is kept very clean so you can take a good look at the vehicle. The salesman had no hard sale attitude and I was given a Carfax immediately without asking, the vehicle was as advertised, fluids looked to be at proper levels with recent a oil change. Pricing for the one I went to look at was fair, my intention was to pay cash so I didn't ask about financing options, but I did ask if the price was negotiable and he came down a little, but the vehicle priced right so I didn't expect much. I didn't buy it only because that model was not the kind of ride I expected but I would definitely go back.

I happened upon Epic Autos a couple months ago, after spending many prior months searching for a quality SUV to pull a trailer. Having compared and test driven many similar vehicles between Colorado Springs and Denver, it was Travis and company who rose head and shoulders above their competition to gain my confidence and subsequent business.

Great service, low pressure. I had spent a while looking all over the city for a 4Runner in my budget that was in good shape. The vehicle at Epic Autos was by far in the best shape and at a reasonable price.
