Have been going here for a few years now. It’s the cleanest of all the locations I’ve been too. Staff is super nice and they always have team work to get customers in and out. 👏🏻

This convenience outlet is the one closet to my house.I usually stop in three or four times a week. Like all stores of this nature you must be judicious in your selection, many items can be purchased less expensively, yet a great many are offered at the local prevailing standard price or a few cents lower.
The store is clean, the help is friendly and it is well stocked. The only deficiency, and this is a decision from the corporate office, they do not stock Moon Pies. A perennial treat from the South, three graham cracker cookies separated with marshmallow and wrapped in chocolate. The taste profile is nothing less that spectacular. Many a day I blazed through Sykesville on my motorcycle with two moon pies and a Mt. Dew (my lunch) tucked in my coat.
This deficiency is no fault of the worker bees in the trench so I still give them a 5 star rating. Stock Moon Pies and I will find, or invent a higher award.

This is by far the nicest turkey hill compared to others in the area and employees work hard to ensure customers are happy and helped

Ice cream was freezer burnt on two separate days.

Only gas station that I came 28 year old child needed to use the restroom all other Turkey hills and Hanover PA including McSherrystown New Oxford have bathrooms for public use especially children I walked in not very friendly coming from the 2 representatives or cashiers they just shook their head and said the bathroom which is ridiculous but I left it at that because some people just don't like to do their full due diligence and what they get paid to do they think all they have to do is run the cash register and sometimes you actually have to interact with customers or clean bathrooms Restock shelves replace expired etc et cetera etc I make sure I will go out of my way to not use this Turkey Hill on Frederick street it is 8:30 PM on Saturday to limit who actually it's working anyway I think since Turkey Hill got bought over 5 years ago they went downhill in every way they should get rid of all Turkey hills and change them to wawa

Manager(Joe) just took out dirty floor mats then went straight to the nacho cheese dispenser and started messing with it without washing his hands...hello health code violations!! This place never fails to disappoint!

Service was very slow employee,s seemed sidetracked in thier own little world and very rude services I felt as I wasn't a customer but more so a pain in the butt that I was even there
