I have been trusting these fine people for all my dry cleaning and tailoring needs for over three years now. At both this location and the other store in Littleton, I have always observed their work to be very attentive to detail, also as very careful with all items I have brought in (both my own and my wife's clothing of all types). They are the most friendly crew and my five year old son and I always enjoy our weekend trips to pick up our clothes and chat with the friendly folks behind the counter.

Never had problem here, and I don't expect I ever will. The last negative review sounds a little suspect. If your clothing was supposedly damaged, then that's most unfortunate but I have to imagine the owners would have been kind and helpful if you had actually been so courteous as to give them a chance to make it right. Kind of rude to dump your negative experience on Google without providing any discussion of the outcomes of any attempted recourse to resolve the concern. I think that a small business owner's efforts to satisfy an unhappy customer says as much as anything about the quality of the business. In this case, the reviewer provides the rest of us with no benefit of knowing how this was handled - not at all very helpful.

Also, as a point of order - it doesn't really matter how much you paid for a particular clothing item, as it's not pertinent to the effectiveness of your argument or the impact of your review. Whether the damaged item cost $200 or $20, it makes no difference to the rest of us, and stating such a fact comes off sounding far more braggadocios than insightful. Whatever the case, I would still entrust these people with any item I have to clean, no matter what the cost or complexity.

Fantastic business. Great dry cleaners and tailors with a fast turnaround time. I appreciate the staff who will be honest with me if a stain removal or a particular clothing alteration isn't possible, and will work tailoring magic on just about everything I bring in.

Whoever said that the staff was rude was probably just rude themselves, or asking for something that wasn't possible and was just disappointed at the result. I've never encountered rudeness from anyone who works here, and I've been here probably twenty times at least in the past year to get clothing altered.

Great experience!
I was visiting from out of state and needed to get my pants fixed for an event I was attending in Colorado. They charged me for express service but was able to fix my pants in one day, and did a great job! The extra fee for the service was well worth it! Great service!!

This is a good dry cleaning establishment. They are reliable and friendly. We have been using them for years and have been pleased with their service. They don't do the cleaning on-site, so it can take a couple days to get clothes back. They also do good tailoring work.

Good price ($33 for one short pea coat, one longer coat), my things were done on time, and cleaner than I thought they'd be able to get them. My coats look like new despite heavy wear for the previous few years! The coats also showed numerous signs that they had taken care to make sure nothing snagged (buttons undone, etc.). Very satisfied!

I am so glad to have found this place and will not use a different cleaner. Everybody who works here is incredibly friendly. The prices are excellent and I trust them to clean all of my clothes and return them in perfect order. Parking is easy and convenient. Exceptional service! Highly recommended!
