A truly great place for self care needs! Run by two sisters who are so kind and wonderful to work with. I went here needing to remove an awful tribal tattoo on my upper back that I thought was the coolest thing in college(it was so so bad). And after about 8 sessions, that awful tattoo is now long gone!
These ladies were so good with making sure the process was as painless and comfortable as possible. The machines/lasers they work with are state of the art and it shows. I couldn’t be happier with the results.
If you’ve been thinking about getting rid of tattoo, you must go to this place. You will not be disappointed!

I love my enhanced eyebrows. Susan touches up my permanent makeup annually and always does amazing work. I have a scar that runs through one brow and I have very slight hair on that brow so I need the touch ups so both brows match. They were redone 12 days ago and they look fabulous. The left brow is filled in well. Both brows match beautifully, the color is perfect, and my brows look so natural. Jan 2021 - Adding on to my earlier review. I am so happy to say that the hyperpigmentation on my face that we've been working on is NOTICEABLY lighter. I am so amazed and happy. I also had Susan microblade my eyebrows and they look amazing! She did such a great job at outlining the brows before we started the process and it is so much fun to wake up in the morning and immediately look put together. I can't say enough good things about Susan and Nina. If you have an opportunity to see them, I would highly recommend their services.

I wanted to share my experience with Susan Melching as a new customer. I was a little hesitant to get permanent make up to fix my eyebrows. However after reading the reviews and talking w/Susan I decided to take the plunge. After about a month and a half I am thrilled with the results. I had eyebrows that faded as I aged and Susan was able to provide a look that not only perfectly matched my hair and skin, it is also exactly how I envisioned permanent make up should look. She is so thorough and in her 'pre-consultant' visit she answers any/all questions. I couldn't be happier!

I am a returning client coming from out of town. Susan accommodated my limited timeframe and was the only one I would trust to re-do my eyeliner. The experience was clean, sensitive and professional. I hope to have my follow up during one of her trips to Charleston. My only wish is that they were able to give me a couple of small ice pads for the "road".

Wow, wow, wow! This a such a beautiful little place with an extremely knowledgeable staff. I have been looking into having my lips permanently colored and searching tons of sites I found youbaby. I had a consultation with Susan (who I immediately felt comfortable with) and she explained in detail the process, healing time, and what to expect. She was very interested in what I was wanting to achieve and asked multiple questions to make sure I was a good candidate for the procedure. I scheduled my appointment and couldn't wait!
I did it and I love my lips!
I guess I should back up and tell you little bit about the day of the procedure. I arrived in the office and it was clean and quiet and smelled wonderful ( a clean welcoming smell) I filled out the consent forms and then Susan led me back to a room. We further discussed again what look I was wanting this and I brought in my three favorite lip colors so that she would have an idea of what I was looking for and was comfortable having on. She took before photos and then I laid down to get my lips numbed. While numbing Susan mixed my color. She then applied a few options to my natural lip to get the most accurate result I was looking for. (I would have been okay with any of the ones she had mixed up, but I had to pick just one :)). My color is a soft pink and very natural looking. Susan drew, and redrew, and drew on my lips until she had the lines perfect. We went with a rounded Cupid's now to achieve a youthful look. Susan is a perfectionist and honestly, it's permanent and on your face. So why settle for anything less?! The procedure was slightly painful, but extremely bearable. It's basically a tattoo on your lips (but a lot better equipment and color). The numbing cream numbs most of what you feel and you have to remember that the outcome is totally worth it!
The aftercare is simple and she provided me with the necessary products. You will also schedule a follow up (or touch up) appointment for a couple months out. This follow up is included in the original price.
So far it's one day after and my lips don't hurt. They feel more "chapped" but they look amazing already. They won't be completely done and set for about 14-21 days... but a little chapstick is all ya need.
