I've been with State Farm for almost 20 years. I've had a couple accidents in that time and the claim process was easy and efficient. All the ladies at Anne's office are great. I especially like working with Julie. She answers all my questions quickly and in terms I can understand. When it comes to insurance some verbiage is hard to understand. Julie makes it easier for me. I've referred several family members and friends to Anne & Julie's office and they have had great experiences as well. I recommend State Farm for car and home insurance.

I’ve worked with Anne’s office for about 14 years and her staff, especially Julie, are an amazing team. Any questions or situations I’ve had are always handled quickly, professionally, and with a refreshing kindness and enthusiasm that kept me a loyal customer. They truly care about taking care of their clients. Even handling my relocation (and unfortunate need to transfer to another agent in my new state), Julie was quick to make sure I had all the help I needed for a smooth transition. If I ever find myself back in CO, they will be one of my first calls!

Post updated in 2021: Now that it's time for me to move to Arizona, Julie has been instrumental in finding me a new agent and making sure I'm covered during the transition. Thanks again for yet another stellar customer service experience, and I'll miss you when I move!

Original post from 2019: I've been with State Farm since 1986, and have always found it dependable. In 2017, I chose Anne Larsen to be my agent because of her connections to the Lafayette community where I worked then and still live today. They've helped me keep my policies up to date, and worked with me to keep my premiums low. All of the staff are helpful and prompt, especially Julie who took care of me just this week. Thanks!

I cannot say enough great things about Julie and Danielle at the old town Lafayette State Farm location. They have been taking care of my home and auto insurance needs for years. They take the time to explain the different service and coverage options available to me and they do it with a smile. I feel like they always have my best interest in mind and that feels good. When bill time comes around I stop by their office to say hello and pay in person. In this day and age of convenient,at-home electronic transactions, they are the one account I leave home for. That speaks volumes.

I've been a client of Anne Larsen's State Farm business for about a quarter century. In that time, her staff has never let me down as far as inquiring about my policies which entails not only my residence and automobile, but the many extras to include rental, life, and umbrella policies! What a great team she has working for her!

We recently switched all of our Home and Auto policies to Anne Larsen. She and her staff have been great to deal with, and we even saved money… I refer Anne often to clients and friends as I am very pleased with her service. In addition, Anne gives back to the community she lives and works in - this is very important to me.

I have known Anne Larsen since the day she opened her agency. She is always concerned with doing things the right way, the moral way. She puts her clients’ needs before her own, a trait I find often lacking in other insurance offices. Anne has hired some of the best assistants in our area to help service her clients. I rate Anne an A+. (I was in the insurance industry for 43 years before I retired and have seen good and bad agencies over the years...you won’t be disappointed with Anne as your agent.)

This morning I had an annual go-over meeting that lasted a good hour, going over all my policies (home, cars, rental, RV) starting the new year. This agency has the expertise to deal with my questions with patience, explaining the quirks and setting me on a right path to a good overall coverage. The ability to deal with a customer with a pleasant outlook and excellent knowledge about the insurance business is worth a million dollars. Kudos to Anne and her staff.

If you are not doing business with Anne and her team of professionals, you are missing out on a wonderful total experience. Everyone knows their job! Everyone is efficient! Everyone is focused on the customer! Many agents operate under the State Farm umbrella. No other agent nor staff that I have ever worked with has done more to earn my continued business. I am the head of their fan club and have moved all my insurances to her office. If you haven't, I strongly encourage you to do so. You can buy insurance from many people in many places but you cannot have the 100% total satisfaction experience anywhere else.

I have had home, auto, and life policies as well as an annuity with the Anne Larsen agency for several years and have found her to be very helpful, knowledgeable, and highly professional. With any questions or problems that have come up, Anne and her entire staff can be counted on to handle them in a prompt manner. Anne and her staff are courteous, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. I would greatly recommend this agency.

Danielle Massingill was wonderful to work with. I had never shopped for car insurance before, but she graciously answered all my questions. I was set up with everything (and a rate I'm super happy with!) in less than 30 minutes. I don't know other car insurance experiences, but I doubt they're this good.

Anne has been our State Farm agent for 10 years. As our family has grown, she has helped us make sure we have the coverage we need. She and her staff have never used high pressured sales - they just let us know what is offered and what will be beneficial to us. We are grateful to be working with Anne and her staff!

Julie in Ms. Larsen’s office is amazing! So helpful and knowledgeable. Had to get my insurance updated very quickly, like instantaneously, recently and she rocked it. Makes you feel like one of the family!
