Check in was fast and simple, Minimal wait time before I was called back. Medical Assistant was great at explaining the process for new patients and went over all of my medical history. Once the NP came in she was very friendly and went over all of my concerns. Much better than prior docs she acted interested in my care and gave me a referral for a concern I had. Fantastic first experience and I have already made my next appointment. Thank you!

Made an appointment for COVID vaccination, showed up 5 minutes early and I filled out a one page form and within 5 minutes received the shot. Waited the required 15 minutes to be sure of no allergic reaction and left.
All the nurses and techs were friendly and courteous. Great experience!!

My three daughters all see Triscia Malmstrom, NP as their primary care provider. Triscia is warm, kind, and makes my daughters feel so comfortable when they do to appointments. The medical assistant Denise is also wonderful. We highly recommend primary care at this facility.

Our experience with receiving our Pfizer vaccine was professional and painless.
It was easy to schedule our our appointments, and check online.
We were greeted pleasantly and professionally.
The staff was efficient with the process.

The staff at the vaccination site were prompt and courteous. Every station was manned and efficiently running well. They took my information and set me apart from any other people who were also waiting. Very soon, I received my shot in an efficient and professional way and was then placed in a chair for observation. After 15 minutes of observation I left and was driven home. Everything was conducted smoothly and professionally at this site.

I am a new patient and I was impressed! I love the app and was able to check in easily and online, the doctor was attentive and compassionate and really listened to me and addressed all of my concerns, I am so glad I changed to this doctors office!

Yvonne in the lab is INCREDIBLE! I went in for bloodwork and she was very reassuring, explained the test so I would know exactly what to expect, and was very kind and personable. The test included four blood draws and she made it so smooth and easy!

I got my first vaccine dose yesterday morning and they were so efficient. My appointment was at 11:30 and I was out the door by 11:50. That included time to get the shot, wait 15 min to be watched for adverse reactions, and scheduling my 2nd dose appointment. Centura did a fantastic job setting this all up.

Also want to note Shirley, who was the lady who gave me my vaccine, and Sue, who was helping coordinate the waiting area/post shot watch. Both ladies were super professional, friendly and provided outstanding service.

I had my first visit at this office and I was impressed. The reception area was very clean and every staff member I encounter was very nice . Frank checked me in and he was very polite. Dr. Malmstrom was just a blessing. Super kind and very knowledgeable about the information she gives you. It almost felt like I was talking to a friend vs a doctor. I will be continuing my primary care at this office. Thank you guys !

I got an appointment for the vaccine for the 70+ group and when I arrived the staff was very friendly, took my temperature and asked questions, I filled out a form and then they took me in for the vaccine, again verifying who I was and gave me the vaccine painlessly. Then I waited 15 minutes after and they checked in on me and when I had no reactions they sent me to get my next appointment for the second shot. They we great and thorough . I have had no reaction and my arm was barely sore and I have an appointment to my second shot.

The site was very organized, from the check-in process to the check-out process. Helpful to the elderly, filling out their paperwork, explaining the question or statement . The nurses very informative, even explained how the shot effective them. The waiting time went very fast; offered water and/or snack.
Checking out a fast process, no choices, but would help scheduling the next appointment if u were unable to take the next available.
Everyone very happy, laughing, chatting; all were kind and considerate.

The process of getting the vaccination was excellent. We got Emails that invited us to schedule through the Centura portal, that confirmed the appointment, and sent reminders. We arrived at 5:45 and we’re back in the car by 6:20. Short, socially distanced lines for check in. Efficient, clear, and helpful paperwork that explained everything. Nurses who took their time with us and answered our questions. A 15 minute waiting period in a socially distanced room with 3 chairs that were cleaned after anyone left by a caring solicitous person. Easy to follow instructions to scan and download an app to follow up on any reactions. Helpful clerks who checked us out and scheduled our next shot for 2/11. Thanks

I was very pleased. The women at the counter were pleasant, courteous and professional. They asked me to fill out the paperwork for the covid shot (this paperwork was on a clipboard and ready to take). There was no crowding and spacing of people- excellent. I received my first shot, stayed 15 minutes in a other room and was then escorted to the counter to set up the date for the second shot. 5 🌟

Been looking forward to the vaccine and the experience for the first dose was exceptional. Wonderful medical personnel and very professional. They were truly concerned with any reactions I might which I had none and they congratulated me when I left. Truly phenomenal people.

I received my vaccines from the Church Ranch Primary Care facility. At Both appointments the staff were very well organized, and friendly. My process went very smooth, signage was posted everywhere reminding visitors of distancing protocols. Patients were a constant stream and staff were so efficient at their assigned duties that I was vaccinated, observed, and given an appointment for my second vaccine in a matter of 25 minutes. The only side effect I had on my first vaccine was a little soreness at the vaccine site. My second vaccine I am feeling a little overall achy and the muscle at the vaccine site hurts more than any other time I have receive shots. Very, very grateful to be vaccinated and living in Colorado. Thank Church Ranch Primary Care!

The staff was well organized from the minute we stepped through the door. We moved from check in to complete a short record and then a gracious tech or nurse was waiting to take me into the room.
Vaccine was administered, bandaid on the arm and then into a 15 min wait with a friendly nurse.

I was very impressed by the efficiency and professionalism at Centura Health where I received my first Moderna vaccine on January 9th. I expected delays but was pleasantly surprised when I was checked in immediately. After I signed the consent form, I was ushered into the room where I received the vaccine, and then asked to remain in another room for 15 minutes so the staff could check any reactions I might have to the shot. The whole experience for me was so positive. The staff was caring, polite, and seemed genuinely concerned for my well-being.

I took the vaccine and so far I feel great.
The whole staff was friendly and understanding through out the process of getting checked in, the shot and waiting area. They had everything well organized. Thank you for making this so easy.

Trish is the best provider I've had yet, she's compassionate and a great listener. Her nurse was also lovely -- getting blood drawn from her was the only time I haven't had to poke multiple veins/be incredibly swollen afterwards.

I had my second covid vaccine dose here. The first time went smoothly enough for me, but my wife's first dose was problematic because too many people showed up all at one time (most of them way too early). For my second appointment, there was no one ahead of me in line. I arrived 5 minutes early (as requested), filled out the paper work and got my shot two minutes early. Smooth process
