Extremely helpful staff - I had accidentally purchased the wrong wiper blade previously, and even though I’d lost my receipt they went the extra mile to look up my purchase and only charged me the difference in price for my new wiper blade. Very patient in explaining the equipment I needed and how to attach it. Highly recommend this place, thank you!

All I can say is that they had an aftermarket water pump for my 2000 Honda when I couldn't get one from Honda anymore and neither AutoZone nor NAPA offered one. So they made me very happy!

Our car wouldn’t start this morning so Brandon and Josh helped us pick a battery starter, so we then could bring the car here for them to run diagnostics. After running diagnostics we found that we had a bad battery. Josh installed the battery for us and got us back on the road all on a Sunday and Fathers Day! Oreilly’s employees always come through for their customers! Thank you so much for your help!

I’m no mechanic, just a guy trying to keep his stuff moving. I sometimes need help, sometimes I know what I’m doing. Switched my preferred parts houses couple years ago because of one of the assistant managers. Polite, helpful, and gets that I’m just a guy trying to keep my stuff moving. Every time he is willing to meet me there without any judgment.

Convenient and affordable and clean store not to mention the employees are so good at helping any and all questions we have. Lots of items to choose from too! 👍👍

Went and got windshield wiper washer fluid. Several to choose from.

The manager was very professional and gave me prompt service and installed by widshield wiper.

Alexander and the assistant manager (forgot his name, sorry man!) are two outstanding individuals. My buddy and I were in Montrose for our elk hunt and experienced multiple sheared studs, leaving us essentially stranded. With no shops opening until Monday, we were out of options, and unable to head back into the mountains to hunt until repairs were made. We called on our way to the store, and it was evident these guys were eager and happy to help. Not only did they get us squared away with all the parts needed, they also offered us full access to all the rental tools they have in the store, as well as their personal tools. They came out to help and check on us periodically, and literally helped us with every single thing we asked for. They also gave us some hunting tips and ideas on other places to check out. We are beyond grateful, and I wish I could do more than just write this review. The world needs more people like these two gentlemen.

I did go into the store knowing the part I needed. The attendant asked if I wanted some additional component (in this case an inexpensive packet of grease to help electrical contact). No pressure sales job, just a simple question that was a reminder of what I knew I should get, but forgot to grab. Kudos, and thanks!

Lots of parts in stock, usually within a day for others. Really useful app, vehicle specific parts look-up and accurate in stock status.
