This Verizon store has excellent customer service. We have been going there for 6 years and always have a great customer experience. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful with every question we have had. Staff have stayed over on their shifts to make sure data was properly transferred from the old phone to the new one which is far above the call of duty. Samual and Brice in particular are amazing.

Bryce was absolutely amazing. Someone had stolen my phone… I went to the store ready to cry. He took an experience I thought was going to be super complicated and take forever to get figured out… and har me taken care of with a new phone before my lunch break was over. I've never bought a phone from a retailer before and was worried about getting upsold by a salesman. I'm so thankful I had the luck to work with Samuel. He was friendly and listened to what I was looking for in a phone/plan. I was able to make an informed decision with his help and am very happy with my new phone. These guys are just the best. Good enough that I'm leaving a review. There just aren't any phones that they carry that I wanted. I bought a phone elsewhere brought it in there and they 'no questions asked' just transferred a sim card for me and transferred all info I requested from one phone to another. They are usually VERY busy... b/c they're competent and helpful. Very difficult to find with any company in today's environment. I'll always go to them and hopefully for the next phone I can give them some business (unfortunately long battery life phones they can carry is beyond their control...always hopeful). Give these guys your business. Best cell phone place I've ever dealt with. And I'm an old guy ;)
