We were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in. The gentleman was so warm and welcoming. He brought over pizza bites for the kids to enjoy as our order was prepared. He offered to get the kids any drink they wanted when he saw my husband fill their cups with water. The food was fantastic! Easily one of the best pizza in Pittsburgh! We ordered a pepperoni pizza and garlic parmesan wings. On the way out, he was interviewing someone and offered the young man food and a drink. He's a great guy running a great show 👍 well definitely be back.

Very friendly staff, great customer service and beyond generous with the quality of pizza, I'm from out of town and this place was an amazing find for me and my coworker. Very clean atmosphere too, great little haven.

We got pizza here today while getting our car fixed nearby. It was delicious and the guy working chatted with us & even offered us a ride back to the Honda dealer.

The food has been good and the service provided by the delivery people has been friendly. The first time I ordered, the dough was undercooked. I quickly realized that they have an option to ask for how well done you want the dough to be. Since then, each time we've ordered, the food has arrived as expected. I really like supporting local and am glad to have another good option for me in the area.

I regularly travel to the Moon area from out of state. This is by far some of the best pizza I have had in this area. Prices are pretty good for the quality. Topping taste fresh and look delicious. Service was pretty quick and friendly.

Their fried mushrooms were amazing. Well worth it.

There is no better pizza. The Sauce is so flavorful and you can tell they don't use cheap ingredients they use high quality stuff which makes a huge difference. They also know their customers and treat you like family. I always tip well because the people who own or run this establishment in moon really deserve it. The other items we have tried were salads, calzones and gyros and never have we been disappointed. We have had A human error here and there and I mean very minimal human error but after all we have been ordering for years from them so it happen. But when it did happen they went above and beyond because we are good customers. They appreciate your business and best of all THE FOOD IS AMAZING.

I really love the food there and it was my first time ordering from there and their Pizza was so good, The Chicken Nuggets were so good, and The Lamb Gyro was really good. I really recommend this place also and the people were so nice and they made me very happy. This place gets a big 10 and 5 stars.

What a wonderful experience! My wife had just given birth to our son the day before and we called to see if Joe & Pie would deliver to the Sewickley hospital for some food better than the cafeteria offers. Not only did they deliver but they also brought us a lovely Its A Boy balloon and flowers gift. The food was delicious, we especially recommend the pizza rolls. Thanks for being so thoughtful in this special time for us.

great pizza and friendly service. I've been going to Joe & Pie since they opened and Moon, and I love it! ... ... ... wrote that first part a while ago, and I stand by it. good sauce, great crust consistency, those little pepperoni slices that curl up in the oven, and a good cheese blend... prob has provolone and mozz, maybe brick and mozz... don't order extra cheese unless you really mean it, cuz they already cheese it up bigtime!

Nothing like Pizza and Wings and Joe and Pie has arguably the best I've tasted. Welcome to Moon!

I am from NY so you know I have certain expectations when it comes to pizza, Joe & Pie met and even exceeded them! The pizza (THAT SAUCE!) and everything I tried was absolutely amazing - the S'more calzone is a crazy delicious treat, definitely a must have!

The place has a really cool atmosphere, my friends and I enjoyed the fun pictures and sayings on the walls. The staff was very friendly and fast with getting our order ready. I will definitely be visiting this place again the next time I am in Pittsburgh. HIGHLY Recommend you check it out!

Pizza was great, along with breadsticks and mozzerella sticks. Ordered online as a guest and pickup was ridiculously quick.

I'd get it again, however I would ask for it to be cooked a little longer. It wasn't undercooked but I prefer the cheese to be a little more caramelized.

The reply below from The store might be confusing because this originally started out as a bad review. I haven't taken them up on their free order but I did get to the bottom of the situation so I'm editing my one star to a 5 and this is why. I was so frustrated because the order was always wrong. Even in my last review the one star I said the food is great the people are great but they can never get my order right. Well because I'm invested in the good food and didn't want to give that up I had to investigate. I found out the app on their end was created by corporate and of course in a lot of larger businesses they create things of convenience without ever working behind the counter or the actual stores day to day operations. So the communication error comes from me using the app and the app relating to the store. Which makes complete sense because when Ive called my orders in I have had no issues. So reevaluating the food is a 5 star, the people customer service is hands down a 5 star so I can't give a one star for a communication issue out of their control at the store. They didn't create that app and they are forced to work with something that continually is malfunctioning. So my review is revised. I'm so happy to be able to order my favorite food again. I'm calling in my orders and I won't be so quick to judge especially without all the details. So if you had similar issues now you know why.

This place has the best pizza around! Not only is the food amazing but the staff there is great and are very accommodating if there is a issue. I have nothing but good things to say about this pizza shop and will continue to recommend it to my friends!

EDITED TO UPDATE: I retract my previous statement that Joe and Pie cannot handle large office orders! Joe and Pie has proven me wrong!! They were very prompt to make up for the experience we had last week!! Their food is better than any other pizza shop in Moon! I know because I've had them all! Thank you Joe & pie!!

I am very saddened by my experience today with Joe and pie, because quite honestly they're one of the better pizza places in my area! Unfortunately, they are not able to accommodate large office orders without charging every single person the $1 delivery fee. Which to me isn't quite Fair because they're only making one delivery. I also used to work in a restaurant that offered delivery service and while the computer and credit card system we're not smart enough to not charge each ticket a delivery order fee the humans we're smart enough and capable enough to remove it and only charge it on one ticket. Joe and pie was unwilling to charge each credit card the exact amount that the person ordered, they wanted to take the entire order and split it four ways so a person ordering a $5 breakfast sandwich was paying $10 because two other people ordered $13 salads. This is not right!!!

So Joe and pie, it's a lose-lose situation for the both of us! My office was tired of going to the same place that we go to every single Friday and wanted a new place to go to every single Friday. Because you're unable to charge us correctly we're going to have to go back to our same old spot that only charges a $1 delivery fee no matter how many credit card orders we have. And you lose out on the UPS office ordering from you every Friday and we're good tippers!!

First visit. Great service from manager Joe, and delicious pizza. Especially loved the crumbly sausage! Hubby said fried mushroom appetizer was out of this world! Will absolutely be back!

Been over there quite a few times now after going to the gym next door ! Being handicapped my financial havings are EXTREMELY hindered . . Yet , as I just wondered over there today I had THE GREATEST CHEESEBURGER EVER HAD !
Of course not their specialty . . But great when a place can perfect things other than just pizza ! ( wich is excellent : sell HUGE individual slices 🤗 ).

Been going to this place for about a year now. Very consistent. Had an issue with an order once but called and the manager fixed the problem right away. Buffalo chicken pizza / salad / sandwiches are amazing!
