Sushi Aji Lafayette

Every time I come here, the fish tastes incredibly fresh. I don't even use soy sauce and wasabi because it doesn't need it. Great hidden gem in Lafayette.

Packed on a Friday night, the staff was working very hard. We got a nice seat outside which ended up working perfectly. I wouldn’t say the sushi was life changing but it was definitely well above average quality, and the tea and vegetable tempura we had were both great. I’d definitely go back!

A local friendly Japanese restaurant with casual atmosphere, fantastic service and delicious food. There are a lot of vegetarian options. The staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend it. Don't forget to have the mango mochi ice-cream to top of your meal with!

You need to stop here and get the Unicorn Roll before you leave! It was so good. I was only in Colorado overnight, so I had to stop back in on my way back home to get more. Everything was very good and nicely presented. We wolfed through the big tray we ordered before thinking about taking pictures.

First time here and I really liked it. Just had sushi for a quick lunch and was delighted with the whole experience. The sushi was fresh and delicious, superb service and the place was light and clean!! I’ll surely be back.

This place has great sushi (I am vegan so I only eat the vegetable rolls, but the rest of my party said the sushi was great). It's a little on the small side so felt a bit crowded (They only have tables for four and we had five). Definitely recommend.

Yummy. We all enjoyed the food very much. Even our picky 4 year old was using chopsticks to shove sushi into her mouth. She really loves the miso soup as well.

Every bit of sushi never goes uneaten. The spicy crunch salmon is the best anywhere. The spicy crab is a close second.

I have only ever ordered take out but the food is always so good. My favorite is the veggie roll and the spring rolls. I tried a few of the other vegetarian rolls and they have all been delicious.

My fiance and I discovered this place a couple of weeks ago when we wanted sushi, but also didn't want to drive far. We saw the reviews online and decided to drive over and give it a try.

It did not disappoint! We even came back for a second round a few nights after!

We ordered salmon nagiri, tuna nagiri, and smoked salmon nagiri. Each was melt in your mouth delicious! We also ordered tuna sashimi, yellowtail sashimi, and salmon sashimi. All were amazing. We also had a few rolls, their spicy salmon roll was really good, we also ordered their tempura asparagus roll twice, the salmon skin roll was really good and crunchy, their eel was delicious without any bones, and there was another roll we ordered that was also yummy!

The point is, you can't go wrong here, and we can't wait to come back!

Also, the green tea mochi was so good!

I had lunch here and the service was phenomenal. Food was decent but I can't really comment on the atmosphere as there was only me solo and one other table!

The Sushi and service are amazing !!! The price is also very reasonable. Highly recommended. Would definitely come back again!

Found my favorite new sushi spot. Amazing flavor and presentation for a more than decent price. Got the king rolls and octopus sashimi along with some green tea and miso. Everything hit the mark. Very fresh flavor, perfectly made. Picture isn't full portion, I was munchified and dove in. Good vibe here too!

We literally only get our Sushi or bentos here. The staff is always kind and attentive. Most importantly, they are efficient! Lord, this the only joint in Colorado that you get professional and efficient service… where the food is amazing! Very thankful for this place 😃

Absolutely fantastic sushi, one of the few places that uses real crab in their roles. Try the lobster roll it's amazing! Great non sushi options as well

Everything is so fresh. From the tea, to salad & dressing (also a generous portion), and the sushi rolls. Sushi was served at the PERFECT temperature! Pieces were also the perfect size, not too big or small. We will definitely be going again
