Par One did a great job replacing our aging roof. Top quality materials, top quality workmanship and top quality results. They removed and replaced our solar panels and installed a beautiful roof. They had previously done a few smaller projects for us and had always delivered friendly service and a great job at a reasonable price. As first time homeowners, my girlfriend and I were looking for a company to help us with a project. We contacted Par One after hearing great things about the company. As first time owners, this was our first major project and they couldn't have made the process any easier. From consultation to construction, everything went smoothly. You hear horror stories of homeowners being taken advantage of by contractors but we knew right from the start that we were in great hands. The owner and his team took excellent care of us, and while we hope not to have any other major expenses in the near future, if the need arises, they'll be our first call.

I am Extremely pleased with the entire experience dealing with Par One for my roof replacement. I did extensive research on roofing materials and companies. I was looking for the best in the area. From the initial call for an estimate through completion of the roof yesterday, everything and everyone at Par One was top-notch. When the crew showed up, they were on time & friendly. The crew worked together seamlessly and they did an amazing job. This company has special equipment including a gas powered lift that raises up a big aluminum container to the roof so old shingles don’t get on the ground. In the last few years I replanted new shrubs so I was concerned that they might be crushed. The crew gently hung covers around the house and at one point even stood holding up a tarp when they were working close to my pond so old material would not fall into the water. There was absolutely no mess left behind, not even a scrap of roofing material. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors. My new roof is beautiful and makes a huge difference in the curb appeal of my home.

Par One put a new roof on the house. They did an excellent job. They respected the property and took all reasonable measures to tarp off areas as needed and had the right equipment to ensure that there was minimal debris.

Also very important: the guys worked safely as people entered and exited the house while they were working above us. And for as messy a job as replacing a roof is, I think they did the best job we've ever had when it comes to cleanup and leaving the place as they found it.

I wouldn't have minded if they used the house to get some water or use the bathroom, but none of them did. The crew did the work diligently and as expected.

The owner is a very kind person who has been doing this a long time. I was in the industry for many years and can't do the work myself anymore. It's been a long time since I've dealt with a contractor that does things like we used to do it 'back in the day' while also keeping his prices reasonable in this inflationary market. That's hard to do. Our family is very appreciative of the company's service to the community by being good people to work with.

My wife and I set up interviews with 3 contractors with the goal of having a roof built over our existing 24’ x 16’ deck.

One contractor never showed.

The second contractor developed a great design; however, their price was more than we wanted to spend.

And the third company was Par One. The owner, Rick, came to the initial consultation and talked us through an awesome design. He listened to our ideas and answered all our questions (we had a lot as we are generally skeptical of contractors). I remember one night texting him a question and he responded right away. The final cost was lower than the second contractor, and we happily hired Par One.

That turned out to be an excellent decision! From start to finish, Par One handled the project in a timely fashion and with a high degree of quality, communication and professionalism. They even went above and beyond the call of duty a couple of times when we made a few ad-hoc requests.

Our roof looks FIRST CLASS and has already received many compliments!

It was a pleasure to work with Par One on the reconstruction of two decks at our house! The space was a bit tricky to work with, but they did an excellent job through every step of the work and the result looks fantastic. We're excited to use the space to entertain and relax once it gets a little warmer this year!

They came out to replace a door and did a great job. My expectations were probably a littler higher because I'm familiar with them and they did not let me down. I know the owners have high standards and expect the best from their crews. The quality of work was great, he kept the area clean while working and cleaned up afterwards, was very professional and courteous.

Our roof had experienced wind damage and at the very least needed part of the roof replaced. ParOne answered our call and scheduled an estimate very quickly. After starting the repair they did find much more that was needed and let us know as well as offered affordable pricing for the additional costs. They complete our entire roof which is very high and not small (unsure of the sq footage). All of the workers were kind and professional and even cleaned up quickly and efficiently. We are beyond happy with our services despite the unexpected additional cost and would recommend them! I have photos that were shared of what our roof looked like as they pulled it up.

Highly recommend this company. Met with Dave initially who was very friendly, informative and professional. Roof was installed a week later. Roofing crew had our large 2 story roof done in a day! Crew tarped property around house and was very efficient with installation and cleanup. Roof looks beautiful. Price was very reasonable also! Will be contacting them for future projects as needed!

Called this company for a roof repair before selling our house. They were there within a couple of days and did a great job. Already getting quotes for a new deck and a few other projects. Great people who know what they are doing!

Rick and his team were extremely responsive, professional and knowledgeable. Our deck was re-faced with composite and added aluminum railings. From removing the existing pressure treated wood and installing the new product they made sure the area was cleaned up and were efficient while making sure everything was properly measured and installed. We have received many complements on our new deck and are thrilled with the end result! Thank you for all your hard work!

We have used Par One's services for many years. They have over the course of time replaced our siding, windows and outdoor deck. Along with building a beautiful screen room and kitchen cabinet upgrade, they have recently fixed storm related damage to our roof and siding. I had been looking to have 6 skylights fixed or replaced that were about 30 yrs old. After I was not pleased with estimates & solutions offered by a couple of companies I finally went to a building supply house in my area & asked if they could give me some recommendations. One company they recommended was Par One Construction. I set up appt with Par One & Jared came out to look things over and gave me 3 possible solutions along with estimates to fix the problems I was having with the skylights. I liked this approach instead of just saying they all need to be replaced which was the most expensive option. After presenting all the options he told us to talk it over & get back to him when we made a decision. He also gave us a time frame when the job could be done & how long it would take.There was never no pressure to decide right away which I also liked. After talking it over with my wife & thinking about it we decided to go with Par One. We liked that they gave us 3 options with estimates, a time frame when the work would be done & how long it would take. Also, the option we chose, replacing the 30 yr old skylights was more reasonable than estimates from the other companies. Bottom line.....We were pleased with the professionalism of Jared & his assistant Tyler. They were on time & completed the installation of the 6 new skylights on schedule at the cost given to us for the job. After they finished the installing of the skylights they thoroughly cleaned up the work area. We are very pleased with their professionalism, quality of skylights, quality of the work, getting the job done when promised & no additional costs. This all made our choice of using Par One a good one and a very good value. We would definitely consider using them again.
