Noodles and Company

We went to this place for dinner, had a great experience there. For a quick noodle, mac&cheese or pasta this is a great restaurant. They have both take away and dine in options. It is easy to find out on the maps, plenty of parking and have good restrooms. They have separate kids menu, but their menu options are limited to my choice . Would recommend this place.

I have never been met with such kindness! I wish I knew the employees name who took my order because they deserve the world! They were so kind and friendly, even gave me and my friend a compliment! Not only that, but my other friend didn’t order food, just a drink and the employee came over and offered my friend a rice crispy! So sweet and considerate!! I will be sure to tell people this location knows what’s up! And to the dear employee, you’re such a vibe!

I ordered a Buffalo Mac and Cheese today and the crew was slammed with a high Sunday lunch rush, yet even when it was really busy, the lady taking my order was very patient and kind. I always get a consistent product, no matter the wait time. Keep being awesome and keep up the hard work. :)

I never write reviews, but this location is amazing. Always very fast and consistent. One time I was given the wrong order and started to leave and the worker ran outside to catch me before I left, so he could fix it. Very impressed. Also threw a couple cookies in the bag, which was awesome. All the workers seem to be very nice. Keep up the great customer service.

Not from around the area and the app was being a pain to work with so when entering this restaurant it was amazing to be met with such great customer service. I did only get one bowl of Mac & cheese but they were super friendly and quick service. Even offered me a cup for water while I waited. Great team and an amazing young gentleman at the register!

Update 4/2022:
They’re open inside again! The staff is very nice but it seems they may be understaffed as many places are right now. I don’t fault that. I’m just happy to be able to walk in and order and sit and eat. Hooray! Noodles were good too :)

Please open back up for inside ordering! The online ordering experience is frustrating and inconsistent- especially when the store hours are misprinted (what are the hours at this location anyway?). I tried got all the way through the ordering process and then wasn’t able to make my order (at 7:30) due to I guess their store hours? Really unsure but it was frustrating to say the least. I want this location to succeed and it seems like in order to do that, especially based on all the other reviews lately, they should really open back up for in person ordering.

We go to Noodles & Company more than we can count. Each time we go there the service is very good as well as the food. Big spaces to sit if you bring a family as well as small chairs for one person. The food might take a little long but not longer than 5 to 6 minutes.

My only concern is that sometimes they take away the Pasta Fresca from the menu, (which is our favorite dish, recommend to everybody.) and we have to wait until it comes back, which we always hope it will. But overall this is a very yummy restaurant and recommend to everyone who passes by. 😜

Just had a wonderful experience with the manager Mitsy, she corrected a problem that was NO fault of her own or her staff! She was very kind and helpful and was very apologetic. We never have a issue with our food here, always correct and fresh! Thank you Mitsy! (Sorry if I spelled your name wrong 😏)

3/26/19 Had a really tasty zucchini shrimp scampi today. Perfectly cooked. Crunchy noodles perfectly sauced. Friendly employee asked how my food was

Update 4/6/18. Found out today that this location management has just been turned over to a seven year Noodles veteran manager. He got rid of a few bad apples and is working hard at properly training the staff. Seems they never got it. Corporate is aware of this locations history and is trying to turn it around. All staff are getting name tags as well. If today's experience is any indication, they are headed in the right direction. I had a very tasty chicken Pad Thai at the correct temperature and the correct protein. Service with a smile. A real Noodles experience. Hope they can keep this up.

Everything cleaned and kept up. No piles of dirty dishes on tables. My Noodles Reward offer went through. Love my chicken Pad Thai.

Yum yum. Accurate orders, friendly staff. They marked the items off on the receipt, smart. Old school smart. Not full of kids on their phone. Good quality, nice portions and selections. Will return soon. Thanks folks good work and dedication

We ordered food for our son's birthday party. Awesome quality food, as always. But more importantly, the amount of food was just right and they provided everything. Will highly recommend catering for your next party.

Noodles do I have to say more. Nice restaurant. Curtious staff. Food is always good. They expanded the menu sometime back. So there is something for everyone. I almost forgot, the rice crispy treats. Talk about icing on the cake.

I hadn't been here in a while and was pleasantly surprised by the new dishes available. Fresh and flavorful. Exceptional staff. Very helpful.

Alexis working at the cashier register was very helpful and was kind enough set my keys aside after I left them at the register, LOL.

I hope that her manager will give her kudos for being so thoughtful. And of course if you like noodles, this is the place to go.

My husband and I are really enjoying the zucchini romesco and today I tried the Truffle Mac with zucchini and wasn't disappointed. We stopped in on a busy Sunday noon and it took 10 minutes to get our take out which seemed reasonable since we hadn't ordered ahead.

I discovered Noodles changed my least favorite policy they had recently.
I always get annoyed when I'm unable to leave a tip for quality service. I'm very pleased with this change in culture.

Food quality is great and the staff was very polite. I ordered takeout and it was ready about 10-15 mins after the original delivery time, but it was around dinner time so just be conscious of that when ordering.

Wonderful with the kids and if you want comfort food + a little veges. My grandkids love the Mac and cheese (me too, but I’m trying to quit)!!! The dishes that are more vegetable based, even the salads, have some noodles in ‘em! It’s pretty pricy for a chain; but everything is fresh and the noodles perfectly al dente. No, it’s never a “5 star” experience, but it wins in its category for nutrition, variety, and freshness!
