Joy was such a pleasure to work with! She was swamped with calls and multiple customers at the same time and was just fantastic on handling it all with a great attitude. She really spent the time with me to make sure I was happy and comfortable with my purchase. Service wise A++ ... Boot quality is yet to be seen as I just picked these up a day ago over a holiday weekend... Wish more people were like Joy

Joy was very helpful, and patient while trying to find a shoe that would fit comfortably. We tried multiple sizes, widths and insoles and finally found the best combination for me. Thanks for all your help.

I was looking for new boots . My work boots had literally split in half. I have several other pairs of red wings so it was easy to pick what brand I wanted. The associate was knowledgeable and was able to get me back to work quickly

Knew exactly what I wanted - loggermax, non insulated, steel toe with the new fire and ice sole.
Staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. Even showed me a set of different insoles that made a huge difference on my feet.
From walk in to leaving with new boots took me maybe 10 minutes. Love Redwing!

I was in the market for a new pair of boots so I called ahead to make sure they had the style that I liked, which they did amd Jeff kindly put them aside for me. When I came in later in the day to pick them up he was super friendly and very helpful. Thoroughly explaining all the features and services that come with the boots purchase. I'm very pleased with Jeff and the store that he runs. 10 out of 10 I cannot recommend enough and I will absolutely be returning in the future for my boot needs.

This is the only place I buy work boots. Unfortunately I don't recall the name of the woman who helped me, but she is very, very good at her job. So organized. I have rheumatoid arthritis and work year-round in heavy industrial contracting, so finding comfortable work boots is a must. They have custom orthotics-- which make an almost unbelievable world of difference-- and they keep detailed records, so you can quickly find what you're looking for. Can't recommend it enough.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I went in there, needing some steel toe work boots. I thought I knew exactly what model I wanted, but they were able to inform me about another model that would be even more suitable for my needs. He was able to explain materials and construction of the boots.

It was almost like going back in time, to when store fronts had staff that knew what they were doing and cared. I'm glad some businesses like this still exist. Online shopping is just not the answer for every industry. Thank you Red Wing for making a great boot here in the USA, and remaining an "old fashioned" style company.

I was passing through on the way to DC and wanted to pick up a pair of iron rangers after I had seen the reviews. The store didn't have my size so they shipped me a pair from another store. According to UPS they were delivered two days later. But there was an issue with the delivery. I called the store and explained. They immediately started working with UPS directly to figure out what had happened with the delivery. My boots arrived 2 days later, Just a few days after I had originally ordered them. The staff was very helpful with getting my order taken care of. They are very knowledgeable of their product and the product is solid.

Great service and prices. They have a very large variety of shoes and boots. They have a wide range of sizes and width. I would definitely recommend them and I will never own anything but red wings again.

I had went to the Monroeville pa. store and they didn't have my boot size so they had called the store in cranberry pa. so I had to drive 45 minutes away to get to the other store to get my size, I do like the boots but I haven't wore them yet

Went in today to get another pair of boots from these guys. Last year the gentleman who helped me was top notch and super professional. This time around the woman working might have beat him.. lol. Maybe its a tie who knows. She was on the ball. Super fast and professional. I was in and out and thats how i like it. She pulled all my info up in the system. Got the pair i wanted. Tried them on. Paid out the door. I will continue to come back here.

Employees there were very helpful to find the best shoe for my job. They worked with me for 20+ minutes to find a shoe that works with my stupid wide feet. They were knowlegable and the whole experience was very pleasant. The shoes are a bit on the pricey side but I have had red wings twice before and they were awesome, tried a new brand last year and I just had to go back! Would fully recommend to anyone.

I have bought a few pair of boots from this location for myself and employee. Everytime the service is great. The employees there are boot experts, they know their products and they back their products. They carry quality shoes and boots there, you get what you pay for, so that is where I will be buying most of my footwear in the future.

This is a great store for getting your redwing boots. The staff is always super helpful. Just got done giving an old pair some much needed TLC with new laces and inserts. Thanks

Is this the most convenient for me no. Will I shop here and only here moving forward on redwings YES. Gone to a few Pittsburgh area stores only to be looked at like he is not buying. Everytime I have come to this store I have left with something. Polite staff and willing to work for you. Highly recommend going to this location.

I completely disagree with Alex's comments in regards to the service. A few weeks ago I went there with my dad, who is elderly and a diabetic and has issues with his feet. We mistook the store for a specialty shoe store. Nevertheless, the sales lady as well as another gentlemen literally busted their butts to try and find a pair of shoes that would fit my dad. They spent at least 25 minutes with him, trying on numerous pairs of shoes. Sadly, none fit and we had to go to another store. The quality of the shoes is outstanding. Yes, they are a bit pricey, but you do get what you pay for. The only pair of shoes I've literally worn for the past 15 years also cost around $200.

I may well go there for my next pair, if only because of the way they treated my dad.
